QUOTE
Arsenal have had a loan bid rejected for Real Madrid midfielder Kaka.
Manager Arsene Wenger tried to act quickly to appease fans in the wake of Samir Nasri’s move to Manchester City, which followed Cesc Fabregas’s switch to Barcelona.
But his bid for the Brazilian former World Player of the Year on a season-long loan was dismissed.

Wenger must now decide whether to try and buy Kaka, with Real boss Jose Mourinho known to be keen to off-load him.
Real want to get his £153,000-a-week salary off the books. They will want at least £17.5million.
Signing Kaka, 29, would be a statement of intent by Wenger, although the Frenchman would be loath to spend so much on a player with little resale value.

I'm sure Juventus is going nuts over the Aquilani transfer. They didn't get him because Liverpool refused to back away from their initial 16m and we just signed him on loan with purchase option of 6m. Haha.

Nah,they could have had him for about 10million,maybe even lower if they were interested in him. But,they replaced him with Pirlo,so yeah,it was a cheaper and better option for them.

"Adriano Galliani will leave for Madrid where he will start Sunday to negotiate the return of Kaka in AC Milan. The CEO will try to test the waters for the loan but, after the words of President Berlusconi is not to preclude an outright purchase of 20 million euros to be paid in 4 years "Stefano Donati, Top Calcio 24

The biggest factor in the loan deal is the financials.

Basically Galliani is willing to loan him etc etc and pay his tax difference but wants a lower transfer fee as a result. Madrid do not agree to that. They want him off their team right now and are willing to lower their fee to 20m. But if they have to they'll agree to a mandatory purchase loan if the transfer fee was higher. (relationship aspect)

So negotiations are gonna take place on that.

---

At this point I honestly couldn't tell you whats going to happen. I can see Galliani trying a loan deal but at the same time I can see Galliani going in there and saying we'll buy him off you guys for around 16m.

We'll just have to wait and see.

In my opinion, Galliani has already agreed terms with Kaka'. Now he just needs to convince Perez. It wouldn't be a bad idea to purchase him right away. After all, €5 million every year for four years is not that bad.

Thiago Silva: Kaka would return as a great player in Milan

Thiago Silva, returning from vacation, has responded to "Sky Sport 24" on the possible return of Kaka at Milan, reported favorably upon his arrival at AC Milan: "Yes, yes, I would like it too because he is Brazilian and is a good guy. At Milan can go big, it's a great professional. I have not heard, I do not know what happens in Madrid, but he remains a great player and a great man. "

And no one really said anything that should make you feel your posts are unwelcome (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Calm it down, no personal accusations necessary.

I am calm, If he wants to make a meaningful comment on what I have to say, he can go right ahead. But he's basically insulting it and saying "no duh" and "why post the obvious"

This attitude doesn't benefit anyone on here especially those who come to the transfer thread to learn all the details and aspects regarding our latest deals.

If he knows all the details regarding Kaka's deal then good for him but he doesn't have to come on here and slanter what i'm posting for someone who maybe doesn't have the time to spend researching and reading up on all the latest news
