Not a nice award, but should be interesting at least.

Quality-wise it was Mesbah. But I went with Robinho. Considering what was expected and what was actually delivered.

Mesbah provided the worst performances overall, Robinho was the biggest disappointment. Yet the most irritating thing last season for me was Emo as AM. An insult to all the creators we had in the past.

Mesbah, easily.
Even if you ignore his three attempts to give away a penalty kick against Barça during one match.
I can't follow why people voted for Aquilani, by the way. In my opinion he was our best midfielder pre his injury, and after that, he never was given a fair chance. We actually really missed him, his creativity.
Same goes to Antonini, who in my opinion has been our best full-back this season. He actually saved us often during games we had no Thiago Silva. Abate has been disappointed at times this season.
Also I don't feel like Emanuelson deserve it either. He has done well, but obviously didn't bring what we wanted as attacking midfielder. If anything, he did way better than I originally expected from him.

How can anyone not vote for Muntari??
He made the task of watching Milan a chore for me. Such a ridiculously mediocre player!
Mesbah didn't play enough game to be considered our worst player, while Robinho and Aqui had their moments when they produced some great stuff. Aquilani was never given the chance to get back into the team once Allegri discovered Muntari!
As for Urby, it's not his fault that Allegri views every player as an AM aside from players that are actually AMs

I actually thought Muntari was awesome. He did more for us than Brocchi ever has for example...and I think he costs just as much. I stand by the decision to buy him. He is an excellent squad player to have for that 3rd mid0field spot if/when Noce is out or when our tactics dictate rough housing and physique instead of guile.
