Sorry. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Just never much liked him. I appreciate the very good performances he put in for the club, but...meh. I just don't like him. To be fair, I'm not sure I've liked many strikers at Milan since Van Basten. Pippo's okay and the kids (Pato and Paloschi) may turn out well but they've got BIG shoes that I'm not sure will ever be filled.

So now there are Grafite-to-Milan rumors. Interesting thought; the guy's been doing well for Wolfsburg this year.

Heh. Now every Brazillian from Rio de Janeiro to Antarctica will be linked to Milan. Not entirely without good reason.

There's no school like old school. So I pretty much love all the old players. In fact as soon as they leave the club, I'm all nostalgic. I find it hard to hate Sheva. Believe me, I've tried a lot. But every time I see that SOB, in the red and black, I'm transported 6 years back. To the glorious age of Milan in the early part of this decade. Can't help it. If he stays I won't mind. If he leaves, I won't shed a tear either. I'm indifferent now. In fact knowing the type of person, I'm...I won't miss Kaka till he leaves. And then I'll be disconsolate. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) By the way, there's a gem from Galliani..which goal.com has totally blown out of proportion. He says Osvaldo's goal for the Viola which kicked us out of 4th place was a huge loss. He says if he'd known, he'd just have purchased Osvaldo. Anyway the press claims Galliani 'blames' Osvaldo. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) The key point though is he says, because we were kicked out of CL, our revenues went from 45 MM euros to 7 MM euros!!! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) You know what...suddenly, I find it hard to begrudge the Beckham deal AND all the friendlies. Holy shite!! 38 MM loss. Imagine if actually had a debt like Man U's or Liverpool to go with it.

Here's a new one. Fishdoll is almost tempted to give the author a cookie for his creativity. This is from the Sun, an English tabloid perhaps best known for the naked girl on page...6 I think. So really, it's not all that reliable. QUOTE United in for Milan ace Kaka
MANCHESTER UNITED held talks with Kaka on Friday over a sensational summer move.
The Brazilian’s representatives met United to discuss personal terms which would total £35million in wages alone.
A source close to the AC Milan superstar confirmed: “It was a very positive meeting, although nothing was agreed.
“The player wants a five-year contract and wages of £135,000 a week. He is very keen to join United and these are figures that are within United’s pay structure. It’s up to them what happens now.”
The talks did not involve any discussion about a transfer fee but Milan expect to get at least £70m for their star player.
The big question now is how United will find the cash — and whether they will sell Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer to Real Madrid.
Kaka, 27, has already spoken of his affinity for United, saying: “They have some great players in Giggs and Scholes and especially Wayne Rooney.
“One of my best friends, Anderson, is also there — how can anyone say no?
“They are the English and European champions and a great club to play for.” link

Not much for The Sun's stories, There's more reliable stories in a Spiderman magazine.
