First off Milan most probably regarded this match as a possession training session.

I'm waiting to see Bruscagin in action... it's so rare for a player to be able to play both wings!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wub.gif)

Grimi sounds good too...

The funny part was seeing Oli and Gila taking the ball off attackers like seasoned defenders. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

When we couldn’t find the camera in the back pack when we got home I seriously wanted to kill him.

Let’s hope him Grimi and even Antonelli get a chance to play on Thursday. Too bad not one of these guys is a natural RB.

You should wait and see him for yourself since you are our defence expert here. But I think you’ll like him. He was constantly interchanging roles with Favalli from CB to LB and when he had to defend he was solid. Although he was a bit shaky when he started, as would be expected. Again he lacks physical strength but that is something that could be worked on.Tassotti was also on the touch line observing him closely for the entire half.

I'm no expert buddy, not more than most members here anyway... It's just that I play as a defender myself and I just luuuuvv it thus I've studied defenders more!

I hope Grimi turns out to be a great player but the thing is, we already have a great LB in Jankulovski (although he hasn't actually been great so far this season). What about the RB "department"??

That's what I meant since you clearly like the defensive part of the game a lot.

The RB area is the most worrying I think. There hasn't even been a primavera that played a few minutes that at least caught someone's eye. For example like Antonelli did in the Coppa game in the San Siro.

But the primavera that impressed me the most was the goal keeper, Facchin.

From what I heard he played better as a CB than as a LB, so Jankulovski could keep his place and Grimi could get his wish & play alongside Paolo. Especially for the next couple of games or so seeing as Nesta & Kaladze are out.

Yeah, that's the real question. I wish Lotito & Galliani would hurry up & decide whether we get Oddo or not! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

It was hard to tell where they where playing cause the game had lost it's shape during the second half because of all the changes. He didn't go that much forward, but considering the fact that he wasn't even match fit and only had 2 training seessions with the team under his belt I wouldn't expect much more then he gave.

Considering the circumstances in which he played in I think he did great.

About Oddo I just read a quote from Lotito saying that discussions where still underway and that the gap from what they are asking and Milan are offering is not as big as it was before and since Oddo wants to come to Milan they will try to oblige to his wishes.

I think that by the end of January Oddo will be a Milan player
