That sounds dangerous. What if he gets a serious injury? Serie A can be rough.

Agreed those guys aren't going to take kindly to his skills, in fact they'll feel disrespected and intend on letting him know!
Wish the kid the best of luck though, loads of talent, it's undeniable!
Posted by: arivanjj Dec 18 2012, 08:43 AM
thats just silly. the boy obviously has incredible talent but his body isn't yet developed for the physicality of serie a.
Posted by: milanbuf88 Dec 18 2012, 09:17 AM
I can't wait to see him make the jump but 15 might be a bit early. Is he eligible to play with the primavera? At least give him a year on that level to ease him into the top flight.
Posted by: Jack Sparrow Dec 18 2012, 09:52 AM
I think the idea of Serie A might be far fetched. That said, I wouldn't be too suprised if he were just training with the big boys regularly from next season onwards.
Posted by: Rossoneri7 Dec 18 2012, 12:59 PM
I believe the kid needs more time in the youth setup ... But I read somewhere Galliani wants to apply to Lega Calcio to allow him to join our Serie A squad. Personally I share the opinion of all the above, with regards to he is just not ready.
On another accord, and with the club's intentions to commit to a young squad, his inclusion could be the first of many. Whereby players are eased in from the youth setup depending on their worthiness.
Posted by: han2503 Dec 18 2012, 01:05 PM
Yeah, he still has the body of a little boy. He'd get eaten alive in the league
Posted by: Ry4n Dec 18 2012, 01:09 PM
Is he Turkish decent?

Nope, he's half-Moroccan I read somewhere.

Which ever the case , welcome on board !!

It's not far fetched. Berlusconi and Galliani have both publicly stated that they want him to play for the first team next season. Personally, I think that's just nuts. He needs at least two more years before he can make the big jump. Even Maldini had to debut at 16, and that's Maldini we're talking about.
Posted by: Fillipo Simone Jan 11 2013, 01:35 AM
Agreed. It's just ridiculous how our management suddenly tries so hardly to sell this "Milan youth" re-shape.

He seems to be too interested in his tricks, even during a game. Just play football...
Posted by: Jack Sparrow Dec 20 2013, 05:06 AM
Well it's the age. Hopefully the discipline comes later. The flash which is what we're seeing develops now. And that won't come without clowning a bit.
Remember how when CRon started off in ManU there was so much criticism.
Posted by: Fillipo Simone Dec 20 2013, 08:03 AM
Yes. But if Milan hangs onto Allegri, this won't come. CR had Ferguson.

Mastour is still 15. For him to debut it'll still need another 2-3 years, and I highly doubt Allegri will be our coach then.
Posted by: TriniKing_CE Dec 21 2013, 01:27 AM
I not trying to draw any crazy comparisons, but he reminds me a lot of Cristiano!
Hopefully he can become half of what Cr9 has become (if not more...).

Then again, 2 years ago I'd already said "Allegri in 2014 is impossible".

15 is the new 25. I also do not approve of his hair. He's simply not good enough.

Come on! My brother is 15 and I still see him as a baby. Let the kid grow up. We can judge him later.

Seriously?
Do we have nothing better to nit-pick at this point in time?

, it's hard to tell, considering people on here have griped about hairstyles of players in the past, as if that has anything to do with how they perform on the pitch

How's that even possible? Wow.
Posted by: KillerMax Aug 31 2014, 10:54 PM
Does anyone have his stats from his time in the youth sector? Goals vs games ratio, assists and so on? I want to know whether he put all those skills towards practical results or he is just a lot of youtube flash.
p.s, do you guys think he will play much this season?
Posted by: Jack Bauer Aug 31 2014, 11:03 PM
Maybe in Coppa but he will be mostly a primavera player.

I think he will. But he'll probably not have come in yesterday considering the crazy kicks they were dealing out to us. I expect him to come out in games where we plan to keep a bit more possession and he'll be useful for a quick change of pace.

I think it would be a bit risky to play him with the senior team, try that in Serie A and they'll take your legs off

Don't know if he was loaned or sold, but he's all hype
Posted by: Fillipo Simone Aug 8 2016, 06:17 PM
Sadly, yes. He's on loan at Zwolle (Holland).
Posted by: X-Offender Aug 8 2016, 10:20 PM
The new Messi, they said.
Posted by: han2503 Jul 2 2017, 07:28 AM
Moved. Contract expired.
Just a youtube sensation, too bad he let the hype get to his head
Posted by: X-Offender Jul 2 2017, 08:09 PM
There were people calling him the new Ronaldo. But yeah, just a YouTube sensation in the end.
Posted by: Danny Jul 2 2017, 08:58 PM
Again, I never bought into him. A half decent display in a friendly did not convince me he was of the right stuff to play for Milan.
Posted by: amancik Jul 28 2017, 05:28 PM
Guess who's back?

So I hear. Give him to the primavera, give him to Gattusso. Then if nothing happens, give him up. Too many sponsorships, too early I guess.
