Here is Gazzetta's probable lineup:

Kalac
Bonera Nesta Kaladze Maldini
Gattuso Pirlo Ambrosini Kakà
Seedorf
Pato
*

I hate it when we play with one striker... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

If Seedorf is fit we'll def play that. Oddo was subbed out last game, not surprised if Bonera starts.

Bonera also made a terrib;e mistake in that game, when will Carlo ever learn that he is not a RB?? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Personally I would like to see us go out with something like this

Oddo--Nesta--Maldini--Janku
---Seedorf--Pirlo--Gattuso---
--------------Kaka-------------
-----------Pato--Gila----------

That would have been the formation we would have gone out with a couple of seasons ago and we would most probably win it. These days it's a whole different story so I'm expecting this formation from Carlo

Bonera--Nesta--Kala--Maldini
--Gattuso--Pirlo--Ambrosini--
--------Seedorf--Kaka---------
-------------Pato----------------

I want to see this:

----------- Pato ------------ Paloschi ----------

-------------------- Kaka -----------------------

---- Seedorf ------ Pirlo ------- Gattuso ------

Janku ------ Maldini ------ Nesta ------ Oddo

--------------------- Kalac ---------------------

Pato is our undisputed #1 striker and Paloschi is definitely more useful than Gila at the moment. besides when you make Gila angry by playing two school kids ahead of him, you're more likely to see a goal from him. so Gila on the bench, and the substitute of Paloschi in the second half.

Here are the call ups:

PORTIERI: Dida, Fiori, Kalac;
DIFENSORI: Bonera, Digao, Favalli, Kaladze, Maldini, Oddo, Simic;
CENTROCAMPISTI: Ambrosini, Brocchi, Emerson, Gattuso, Kakà, Pirlo, Seedorf;
ATTACCANTI: Gilardino, Pato, Paloschi

Dida and Seedorf are back.
No Nesta or Janku. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
Yay for Paloschi! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/96.gif)
This week, Kaka is a midfielder.

Oddo-Bonera-Kaladze-Maldini it is. Expect x-mas tree.

Dida's back finally recovered.

The game against empoli spawned a good win even if the play wasnt all shining. Now we will face a difficult game, but nonetheless it makes a victory all the more glorious. I hope Pato can once again show his skills. I'm guessing we'll win 0-2.

QUOTE (Tennie @ Mar 14 2008, 06:05 PM)
This week, Kaka is a midfielder.

We crashed out of Europe, so Kaka will be a midfielder until the end of the season. He's mostly listed as a forward in Champions League or when our army of strikers is out injured. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/innocent.gif)

I'm guessing we'll win 0-2.

I like your confidence, but 1-0 will do it for me. Roma is the same old Roma, while we've fallen from grace. I'd much rather expect a loss or draw than a 2-0 win at this point in time. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

No Nesta!??

From what I've heard, he'll be back to match fitness next week. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Whoa!

I hope you're right, but I can't see Milan winning this one 0-2. I think it'll be a pretty tight game, probably ending up 0-0 or 1-1.

We're certainly due one! This will be the first time in what, two months(?), since we haven't played a game every 3/4 days. Carlo has assured us that we'll see a 'different' Milan on Saturday night - I hope he's right. It's not necessarily the recent results that bother me, it's the lack of performance and we need to improve a lot if we're going to grab that 4th spot.

Without Nesta chances of conceding a goal are: 99% - and conceding two goals are: 80% (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

We've certainly been due one for a few good months. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) But deep down I know things won't change so fast. It's not about the rest between matches, it's the lack of motivation. Last season, Ronaldo helped us immensely because he was motivated. And that proved the difference between our success in the league last season (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif) , along with the dream run of Kaka in Europe.

We haven't been the same Milan since Istanbul, since the 2006 scandal, and since Sheva betrayed us and left: the old 4-0 Milan, the 6-0 Milan, the 2-0 at half time Milan. Now it's just some sparks here and, a trance of a run in Europe there. Fingers crossed things will improve.
