Silvio Berlusconi has officially announced his resignation as Milan President on the clubâ€™s website.

Berlusconi has been at the helm since February 1986 but had to leave the position for the same reason in December 2004 before returning in June 2006.

During his time at the club, Milan have won seven Scudetti, five European Cups, three world titles, five Italian and European Super Cups and a Coppa Italia.

I don't believe so, he's jut not allowed the title of club president or something, just a technicality kinda thing.

Well Silvio is in charge, it's just that he isn't the official figure anymore. I mean Galliani still answers to Silvio
