Anyone read about his latest shenanigan? So, 8 days ago it was officially announced that he had signed for Verona, forming a trio with Pazzini and Cerci. Then this morning he came out and said that he had changed his mind and that he was going to retire in order to stay close to his family in his hometown, leaving everyone baffled. Then later on today he made YET ANOTHER announcement saying he had changed his mind again and that he would play for Verona.

What a clown. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Genius player but just crazy. I hope Balotelli won't end up the same.

I read the story and just barked 'again?!'

An absolute head case, don't know why any club still trusts him

We should loan Cutrone to Verona. I feel bad for them and he'll get the minutes there

What's the issue? A brilliant footballing mind.

Sadly, a very confused guy who's clearly on a self destruct mission.

He was man. He just was. When he was on his game, he'd make you go WOW. The thing was when his head was screwed on straight, he was a f@cking beast. Almost no weaknesses. I dare say he could have become greater than Totti the promise he showed. But yes, top sports professionals are all about that mental discipline as well and he didn't have that.

Even a flawed genius could have achieved more in the game than he. I don't buy into it - I admit on his day very good, but not world class and not genius. Just my humble incorrect opinion (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Cassano has class, no doubt about it. Football-wise, I speak. But he's a complete idiot.

Cassano when he was younger and on his game was simply amazing. Forget his time with us or Real or Inter. He'd already gone off the deep end by then.

Just look at some of the games he had at Roma. He was a genius imo. But he could never truly realise his true potential simply because his mental issues held him back.

Look at Balotelli, so much talent yet so little brain cells.

I actually think Balotelli has less talent but more brains than Cassano. Which is not saying much but still...
