Kessie renewal underway, current deal expires next summer and Milan are offering 3.5M+bonuses reaching 4M. Kessie wants 5M.

Middle ground can be reached here.

Sky is reporting that all of Calhanoglu, Romagnoli and Castillejo can leave Milan.

This needs translates to Milan already having identified replacements. Curious to know who (IMG:style_emoticons/default/devil.gif)

Interesting...

Honestly don't believe for a second that this is the case here.

Gigio and Raiola are probably feeding this BS to Di Marzio and his people. No way he was blindsided by this. The management have been trying to renew his contract for over a year now

He and Raiola probably though they would drag this out into another whole summer saga as they did with Fassone and Mirabelli.

Good on the management to not let them drag us by our nostrils all summer. 8m is more than enough for a keeper.

Once again, the only thing that makes me bitter about all this is not getting a transfer fee for him. Our finances would have looked great with that kind of boost. Same goes with Hakan now that it's looking likely that he'll also leave for free

The management better work on those renewals early this summer. Even contracts like Theo's and Benacces need looked into. We cannot let this happen again. ontracts should be allowed to run down to the final year. Same think going down with Kessie now, going into his final year. We should have locked him down before the last season started imo

I'd rather skip that one. Playing for Torino with 27 years pushing 28 is not a particular good sign.

Again with this renewal! Bro, let me ask you a question. Why do clubs renew the contracts of their players? Either because they want to continue the partnership, or because they sniff a concrete interest from some other club and hence if a player's contract is about to expire in the next few months, a renewal lets the club cash in.

Donnarumma had no offers from any club whatsoever, so obviously we wanted to renew because he was supposed to be our future leader. But how can you renew a contract when the other party asks exorbitant amounts that go completely against the club's policies? You may say we could have given him what he wanted and then shipped him off elsewhere. Again, he had no offers from other clubs, even more so if we were to give him 10-12M per season. No sane club in this rime of crisis would spend 30-40M for a GK plus give him 10-12M per season. At least all the big clubs have their goal pretty much covered. I can think of only PSG who may afford him, but Navas has been excellent for them so would there even be a point to go after Donnarumma.

Maldini's hands were tied. He did all he could, in the end there was nothing more to be done but bid farewell to the mercenary. So, let's stop whining that we let him go for free pretty please.

Woah man. I agree completely with you here. Maldini did the right thing. Which I stated in the rest of my post.

Like I said, I'm only bitter that we didn't get money for him. That stings. Especially when keepers like Kepa went for 80m! That money would have gotten us out of a huge pinch. And this makes me even more p!ssed off at Donna not Maldini. The club gave him so much, the least he could have done was signed a new contract with a gentleman's agreement in place that he'd be sold if an offer came
