QUOTE (han2503 @ Jun 26 2009, 11:18 AM) *
Well that's the new philosphy our dear management have now adapted. And he could be from Mars, it doesn't matter whether he's Brazilian or Italian. Its the management that ultimatly sold Kaka, not Kaka that decided to leave.

Basically anyone on our team has a price now. We've become the selling club the management always swore we wouldn't become. Should Chlesea really offer the right ammount for ANY of our players they're as good as gone. Simple as that.

The idea that Milan can become a club that stands on its own is ridiculous, anyone who condones Berlu's ideas on this should really think hard about it, because there is no way that Milan in the league and economy they're in could become self sufficient. It's just ridiculous to even think it.

And this summer we might sell our big player to cover the losses. But with what are we going to cover the losses next year? Selling lemonade next to the San Siro entrance? If we sell all our big assets now, that's all our insurance gone. Next year when we can't even make it out of the group stage of the CL and we have to cover for the losses because of that and the wage bill we're keeping because of our old time players that get 4m a season, then we'll see what happens. Wehn Berlu does not want to put another cent into this club.

HA!! Then he'll never leave.

Do you really see us winning anything anytime soon? Realistically speaking here.

Completly agree (unfortunatly)! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/realmad.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/puke.gif)

GRANDE RICKY!!!!!!!!! NEVER HAD ANY DOUBT IN YOU!!! ALWAYS KNEW YOU WERE SOMETHING SPECIAL AND ONE OF RARE PEOPLE TO TURN DOWN THE MONEY OFFER!!!

P.S.: Shame on those people who were saying that Ricky was the one trying to squeeze more money from Milan or that he won't resist the offer from Man. City (also in this forum (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) )...

Yes we can Tennie! It's simple! If Milan want Kaka to stay, then they will reject the offer and Kaka will stay! But if Milan wants to take 150 milions and make a bid for... Idon't know... Messi (for ex.) who is 5 years younger then they will sell him!

It's not that with 9 milions you are poor and with 15 you are rich! Kaka said yesterday that he doesn't want to go, even if the offer was already 15 milions for him! The switch from yesterday to today is that Milan were offered 50 milions more than yesterday! The salary for Kaka remaind the same! Kaka said himself that the only way he would go from Milan if Milan would sell him or if the objectives won't be the same! I don't think that Kaka would go to City which goal is to make it to the CL in two years! He might be considering the thing if City already had a competitive squad for high objectives, but not now! So if Kaka goes thats the decision of Milan who wants money!

FROM Milan Chanell:
Milan HAS RECEIVED A NEW OFFER from Man. City for 150 M. EUR and they are thinking about it!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, THEY CAN'T SELL KAKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! F@CK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Isn't San Siro a 85,000 seater stadium?)

From this year not any more. During the summer they changed all the seats in the stadium and they made some adjustments, so the capacity was reduced for around 3500 seats.

I think Carlo makes these subs to try and p!ss people off.

Taking off Rino at such a crucial time in the game? Not very smart I reckon. Let's just hope we can hold on for a couple more minutes

He was injured for fs (he took a hard nock in his right leg). Why are you all jumping to early conclusions when you are not even watching a game (even though we all know that Carlo likes to close the squad in final minutes when score is close). Let's just hope that Seedorf, Flaimini and Gattuso will recover for Wednesday or atleast two of them. All in all it was a bad game, but in recent seven years we have always suffered and lost almost every game in Bergamo against Atalanta (even when we had younger - some would say better - team and even when Atalanta was weaker and in no form like this year). So we should thank our squad and also a bit of luck for this win.

Well he scored already 3 goals (and I am happy for him because I like the kid, because he is humble and he never makes any problems) this season and whole Milan team 1 - so who has problems (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) !
As I said when Gila was leaving, I am sure he will score lots of goals for Fiorentina. He just needs fuc..ing crosses in box area and he will deliver. He came to us when we were starting to decline as a team (he was worse with every year like whole team although for me he was very solid with 17 goals in Serie A in his first year) and he never accustumed to our stile of play (was not suited for him to express his potential). Then he was criticized and that slowly started to affect his spirit and so on. I just wish that this doesn't happen again with Borriello!

I thought Ambro was a striker (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Yes today he played in the striker position but only yesterday Galliani and Ancelotti were talking that he (in emergency cases) could also play like CB. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
So he seems to be our allround player. No seriously this should not be happening in a top club like Milan (in most cases it takes months or years that the player can adapt playing in a certain role) - you can't have a man switching positions from defence to attack. But in this game it was probably the only solution so let's forgive them for this time.

Because almost no one wants loaned players in their teams (every year it's more difficult to negotiate a loan, because the other team has no gain from that in the long run, so they at least try to make some money in short run and for small teams that's a big deal). It's co-ownership or nothing. If the player than remains in your team and doesn't play (just in coppa games - big deal) it's even more bad. You have to risk something in order to gain in the future and that has a price like all things in life.

As Galliani said, nowdays nobody is willing to grow your talents in their team and than when they become realy good returning them back for nothing (in terms of money and the money is everything in these days - sure the team benefits momentarely from his performances, but if the player isn't yours and you know that if he performs well he will go away for nothing, than with co-ownership at least you get some money for that - small teams almost live from that money). You have to pay for growing your talented players in other teams and that is what Co-ownerships are about.
Plus you get some money right away for other transfers and other options for talented players of that team.
Just don't worry, if Abate continues to play like he did and grows his talent even more, then he will be back to Milan in 1-2 years.

It's doable. LA would simply forego all image rights to Ronaldinho. Every single jersey, every single R10 boot etc...all the cash goes to Ronaldinho. Maybe not 32 million..something close to 20 would be my guess.
*

No, no it's true. They would pay him 32 milions. 16 from his image rights and 16 would have been his salary! That's what they said in LA Galaxy.

Weird belief! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) I think you are from where your parents are whether you like it or not. By the way, where you are born is your birthplace, not nationality. Your nationality is your identiy. What if you're born on a plane? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Why are you guys surprised not to see Fabregas in? He's been average whenever he's played for Spain, unlike when playing for Arsenal...  (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

S. Ramos has been terrible so far!

QUOTE (dst @ Jun 9 2008, 11:28 PM)
He did not step behind his goal line. He was knocked out of it. By whom it does not matter the important thing is he did not step out!

Panucci stayed down in order to place Ruud offside? So he had foreseen what would happen? He must have acquired this magical power this season that's why he's scored so many goals! Since when can't a player get injured I may ask!

I really can't see how that was deliberate!

And I don't think you expect him to stand up walk back in and ask the ref for permission to get back out?

---

It's clear to me that this occasion does not fill most of the requirements the rule sets! It was clear offside in my view. And if the ref really let the goal count because of this rule then he should have shown a yellow card to Panucci. It seems to me that he either does not know what he's doing or that the linesman did not (want to) see it was offside...

Anyway... it's happened now... and it can't change.
*

Couldn't said it better (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif) !
One former referee on TV said the same thing. Referees just must think logicaly in this kind of situations (and evaluate them) and in this situation it was more then clear that Panucci did not leave the pitch intentionaly (he was knocked off by Buffon) to make the offside trap for the Dutch.
But on the other hand, if he was convinced that Panucci did that, than he should have showed him a yellow card.

For the info!

Italy's U-19 has qualified for the final stages (last eight teams) of European championship. They were winners in 2003 and this is their first appearance in the finals in four years. In the last qualifying round (Elite round) they beat Sweden, Switzerland and France - all with 2-0. Paloschi scored against Sweden and Switzerland.
Also 3 other players from our youth system have taken part in this games. Darmian and Bruscagin (both defenders, class 89) have played all 3 games, while our youngest player (is said to be one of the most talented defenders - Albertazzi - who is also Italy's U-17 captain, class 91 and is already playing for our primavera although he is 2 years younger) has played the whole game against Switzerland and the second half against France. With Milan young defenders Italy didn't concede a single goal smile.gif!

For the moment it looks like we have a bright future ahead of us - at least for our defence.

If you are interested here are the dates:
Final tournament - Group stage 14 - 20 July 2008
Semi-finals 23 July 2008
Final 26 July 2008

+1
He is a nice guy, his performances were in line with those of Milan (the first year he was very good and also Milan was good, than it was just going down for him and for Milan).
He WILL do well at Fiorentina with a more suited playing system for him and I really wish him all the best!
