To their credit, Ronaldo did say "I've played my last game for United, I want to go to Madrid". I tink everyone thought he was going there. Unles SAF put him in his place, slave boy.

He still wants Madrid.

He said he stays for another year but his dream is Madrid.

Barcelona loses 1-0 to Numancia. Real Madrid is tied 1-1 with Deportivo currently. Madrid has not won at the Riazor for 17 years.. maybe the streak will end today.

FT. Deportivo 2-1 Madrid

Madrid, like Barca, lost... but to a strong team. it's been many years since the last time Madrid beat Deportivo at their home.

Barcelona had a lot of chances. Missed all of them, and Messi should pass more. Too selfish sometimes.
Terrible result for them.

Real had their usual result in the Riazor. They'll have a lot of problems this season if they don't "recover" Robinho.

Do you think he'll be a Chelsea player by tomorrow porto?

It's difficult to say. He said he wants out and that Schuster "is not his father" but Real always stated that will keep him. I think he'll stay.

Keeping an unhappy player could pose a problem for Madrid

But in terms of who would benefit if he stayed, I think that would be Robinho, the La Liga is perfect for him. he'll go through a really rough time in England should he move

But still I'd like to see him moving. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) See him in Chelsea. Just for the sake of it.

I'm with you on that. It would be great seeing him do his little step overs against Wigan and the likes (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

10 bucks says they would break his leag within the first few weeks

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Corrected. In any case it should be fun seeing him go there, and I hope he does sooner rather than later. And then goes to the German league for good measure too. That would be classic.

So I read Hildebrand is on his way out of Valencia....what a horrible time he has. First Jogi Löw threw him out of the NT and then comes Unai Emery and kicks him out of the squad for a Brazilian kid which never played for Valencia.
I knew that Hildebrand would never become the next Oli Kahn...not even Lehmann. But that's the kinda humiliation no one deserves.
