Not sure what to think since I've never seen him play.

+1. There'll be plenty of chances for moaning later, so let's not crucify Galliani & Co yet.

I know nothing about him other than that he was very good against United.

His price can't have gone up 14m after a 6 month spell though, we should have spend much less there. Let's just hope he's worth it!

Welcome!

He did a good job against United. Let's not forget Ronaldo didn't play as a winger in both games.

Arbeloa did an amazing job vs. Messi on his CL debut too. He's still sh*t though.

So are you sayin that he is in fact sh*ty, or are u just stating that good showing against ManU and his high price doesn't justify his talents?

If he's at Arbeloa's level then we have been royally screwed! Don't you have any hope in him? Do you think he's crap or that he's just not worth all that money?

After six months at Porto, his value skyrockets from 400K to 15M? Definitely not worth the money.

Still want him to kick åss, of course.

Overpaid for him, but he has the potential to be a great player. Forza Cissokho! (Anyone know how to pronounce him name?) Is it the same as the guy on Juve?

His two player ratings on Goal.com vs. Man Utd:

QUOTE
Cissokho (8): An admirable showing from a virtual unknown. His athleticism was a joy to behold. His power and strength up and down the flank was immense and he did a good job of digging out a number of decent crosses. A real prospect.

Cissokho 7.5 - The highly-rated left-back was strong as United started well, and positive as Porto started to make headway. Perhaps just edged on-off personal battle with Ronaldo, but left it a tad late to start really getting forward.

I get the feeling he's going to be very inconsistent. I don't know why..I just do. Another Roque Jr.? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Let's see. Leo thinks he's good...and they got him. What pleases me the most is finally the management buy the coach the player he demanded.

Arbeloa is possibly better than him.

Cissokho was average for Porto and Portugal. An average defender for the Portuguese league. For a team like Milan? No way.

There are only 3 players from Porto that I'd welcome in Milan: Bruno Alves, Lucho and Lisandro. Cissokho wasn't even one of their best players.

Apperantly Lisandro has been linked with us as an alternative if the dzeko deal falls through.

I say we go for both of them give Boriello as an exchange plus money for either of them and we'll be set in attack.

Then we have to look at the CB position and a creative mid. Still baffled as to why we did not even try to get one of the Dutch boys off of Real in the Kaka deal....
