Agreed. To add to that, I even think they'll win it this year.

It's not like Madrid are so great in Europe. They won those 6 some 50 years ago and after that it was just in '98 they made it again with that great squad that won two more in '00 and '02...

Hopefully we'll get a boost from the fact that there's Trouble in the House of Love right now in Arsenalville by the time we have to play them.

from what i see happening to milan as the years pass by is that we are becoming more like inter was a few years ago and inter are becoming what we used to be a few years ago....inter had good players but had no depth to the team, they had there starters and no subs, went no where in europe and did ok in the league...where as milan dominated in europe and in the league because of their depth....they had players covered for every position plus subs. they had players in there prime, they had youth they had veterans and they had worthy subs on the bench that could start if rotation was needed.

Now you see inter has invested money wisely and taken chances spending money buying players filling in gaps, adding reinforcements where as milan want to keep the same team for season after season.

so mabe many big players didnt want to come to milan after the scandel, but last year we won the champions league ane people were asking milan to sign them, and still nothing....if you have a good team but know there are some flaws why not build an even stronger team for next season, ESPECIASLLY when you have the scouts the knowledge and the resoucers ($$$$$$$$) to do so!!!

to top it off, because of the managements mindset, players are getting too comfortable with their positions in the team and are underperforming. Why? cuz they dont wanna create competition in the team....whats so bad about creating a little friendly competition in the team? so it makes players take advantage of there playing time, make them show their worth on the pitch when they play so they get more playing time and have in there head if they are underperforming they will be subed off!

But mainly i think our management should stop being so selfish and keeping all the clubs money to themselves and start investing it into the organization and start giving players ultamatiums....either retire or go somewhere else for wasteing space in the team and taking up salary cap.

I'd prefer the Serie A title to the CL one at this moment. I truly miss that italian badge in our shirt.

And I honestly think that no team will ever surpass Real Madrid in CL titles.

I really think that we could pass them, as dst said, Real are not as great as they seem in Europe.

But as you said, right now, I would prefer the league title over the CL

Never say never! I honestly believe Milan will become CL's most successful team in less than 10 years.

Well, let's start with buying some new great players to build that team, shall we? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
