QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Jul 15 2014, 07:14 PM) Conte resigns - I'm guessing that Pogba/Vidal is going to be sold and he was against it? (IMG: style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) When did this happen?

Well I'm hoping this means he'll become the new CT.
4th title for Juve doesn't seem so sure now, even if they still have the best squad on paper.

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Jul 15 2014, 07:46 PM) Now. I was shocked because I'd checked FI and TMW about 20 minutes ago and there was nothing even hinting that it could happen

Me too. Did the exact same thing. Wow, what a shock. He'll be definitively now in the game for the next NT coach.

He's the best Italian manager there is, and I include Capello, who has been a total disaster at national level. If Conte can replicate his passion, tactics, and man-management skills onto the NT Italy will become a force once more. As for Juve, this just killed them. The best they get linked to is Mancini. And Allegri.

The best they get linked to is Mancini. And Allegri. Yeah, read that beuty, I LOL'd so hard when I did (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Still, Allegri managed to win the league at least once while having the best roster in the league and blow it another time, so I think whoever they get, they'll still be the favourites. Unless of course this incites some mass exodus now that Conte left. They have the best squad and the best players is the league as of now, but if they start losing guys like Vidal and Pogba because of this the title race is blown wide open As for the NT, I personally can't stand Conte, but I will be ecstatic if he takes over the Italy job.

QUOTE (Danny @ Jul 16 2014, 12:02 AM) Vidal is going to Utd. They said that was off @ x-off, they probably just want a yes-man. I wonder what will happen with Pirlo, it's no secret that Allegri wanted him out of Milan because he's not a hardworking midfielder with no talent ala Muntari
