Barça seem really, really motivated for this game. We have to put in our best performance in order to pass. Hopefully Pazzini and Mexes are fit.

Agreed. Complacency & concentration are going to be key here, without them we will not stand a chance!

We need to focus on playing as a single unit as we did in the first leg.

...and for Christ's sake, if what I wrote above is to be true, it would definitely prove to be so (after) if we were to score that away goal!

I hope we can surpass them. Now that we've done what no one believed we're capable of doing, we must do the possible.

SES will play.

I hope for a 1-1 draw in this fixture. We will concede just hope its just a goal.

However, in a realistic scenario, given this squad, I see us loosing this one 1-5. Messi with a hattrick even (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

I will repeat my prediction from the first leg, hope this works again (IMG:style_emoticons/default/innocent.gif)

I am very superstitious and will not make a post during the game as I didn't in the 1st leg.

Pazzini micro fracture confirmed
By Football Italia staff

Giampaolo Pazzini is out of Milan’s trip to Barcelona and possibly even longer, as tests confirmed a micro-fracture.

The striker limped off during the 2-0 win over Genoa on Friday at Marassi after scoring a goal.

The official Milan website released a statement this afternoon confirming further tests had been done on the injury.

“The tests confirmed heavy bruising and a micro-fracture to the head of the right fibula.”

It is not clear how long Pazzini will be out for, but he’ll certainly miss Tuesday’s Champions League match with Barcelona.

Mario Balotelli is cup-tied, while Philippe Mexes and Kevin-Prince Boateng are also battling injury to make it to Camp Nou.

Fingers crossed Xavi doesn't make it either. that'd balance it out in my book. Pazzo's absence is a blow, but I don't remember him being particularly important for us in the first leg. the key is defense and midfield.

In my opinion Pazzo played a very good in the first leg. This is a 'serious' blow for us!

We have no other experienced striker capable of holding up the ball. Let alone the eye for goal.

Horrible news for us.

His work while not as visible was priceless for us in the first leg, now to have to think about Niang possibly being the one to take that role really worries me

This. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) Wonder who will play the role of Pesky Pazzini® now?! Going to be tough without him.

Either Niang or Bojan will be fine as CF.

Both combined can't pull off the irritating role that Pazzini pulled off in the first leg. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) The again, maybe that was required then, now we can go in with a traditional CF approach and (carefully) try to score a goal to effectively kill off the game. Besides, it will be might fun watching Barcelona player's faces when they will need to score 4 times.

We need the physicality of Niang and the smarts/quickness of Bojan

It's a blow losing Pazzini for this one no matter which way you look at it

Nono I agree, I did say it's a blow. but the first game started at 0-0, this one starts 2-0 to us. we need our defense and midfield to protect that lead more than anything.
