I got a lot of simpathy on A.C.Milan, mainly because the spirit of your team.
The players who stay a lot of time in the club, that's someting not often seen on the actual footbal.
But i most warn you that this Cissoko it's a joke, it's a big mistake for Mlian.
For 15 M you can buy a lot of players 10 players better than Cissoko.
Your left defender it's 100% better than this joke.

The only way i can accept this mistake, is the Mafious leader of Porto, a assumed corrupt that knows pretty well how to sell this jokes and ask a lot for them.

The last summer was the same for Quaresma on Inter and you guys saw how that ended.

he works with CR agent and they speculate with LYON pseudo interess on this joke, to activate this value.

Better then my words you'll find it on the exibithions.

This kind of players and businesses don't go well with Milan prestige and history.

All the luck for the Scudetto.

you know i dont think anyone has a problem with signing young players, but this guy was comepltly unknown. no way in hell fatarse was justified in spending over 15m on this guy. unless he becomes one of the best LB in serie a we just got hosed.

On the portuguese league he was a normal player, nothing above the average,

You'll see for yourself.

You judge a player for one game?

Only Milan would pony up 15m (1m for every trophy we win with him? WTF?) for someone I'd never heard of until early this morning. Sigh.

Seems that nobody is willing to take it up the rear from other teams like we are.

We'll just have to wait and see how he turns out.

But the transfer fee was ridiculous. This is what I keep talking about. Milan being walked over by any club who wishes to in the transfer market and paying big ammounts for players that are just not worth it. Yet they keep complaining about the money...

Milan have announced the official signing of French wing-back Aly Cissokho from Porto. The Rossoneri will reportedly pay the Portuguese club €15million plus €1m for every trophy that the Rossoneri will lift during his time at the San Siro.

Milan beat off competition from French giants Lyon to secure Cissokho’s services after general manager Adriano Galliani traveled to Porto to complete negotiations last night.

“The overnight negotiation was intense,” Galliani admitted to the Diavoli’s official website.

“We think Cissokho is very strong, as proved by the interest in his services from important European clubs, even in the decisive hours that led to an agreement.

“But in the end, our long-standing footballing friendship with Porto directors prevailed, as we have also co-founded the G-14 in the past.

“The acquisition of Thiago Silva, who has yet to turn 25, and Cissokho, not yet 23, answer to a precise project: a young, fresh and competitive team and with the books balanced.

“That’s the path we will keep following over the next days and weeks.”

Wtf?? what kind of agreement is that?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) why do we spend 1m per trophy after we bouth a player? never heard of something like that before...

galliani really wants to show that he was the hero in the negotiations...shouldn't be too proud for 15m+

and it seems he wants to decrease the average age of our squard just by buying in some young talents no matter how expensive. and partly for that he sold kaka (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

This was leonardo's pick specifically so there must be something about him. This wasn't Galliani's or Berlu's choice so don't blame the management on this transfer. Yes the price is quite unjust for an unknown left back but lyon already had a bid of 8 million rejected so it was my guess that Porto was going to hold him ransom for quite a high price.

We'll have to wait and see how he does. If he flops then the fault is leo's not galliani

What really bothers me though is the fact that we signed him so fast. We signed this guy in under a week after Leonardo recommended him so there must have been some competition with other big clubs.

Yup thats correct. Thats why it bothers me. We are willing to drag out Dzeko negotiations when hes a big and sought after player but with this guy we don't hold back our stingyness. We signed him within 6 hours of talks at full price too.

Milan have snapped up dynamic Porto defender Aly Cissokho for €15 million. The player just spent six months at the Estadio do Dragao before the Rossoneri pounced. Our experts provide some comment here on the Milanese giants' newest acquisition.

Luis Mira, Goal.com's Portuguese expert, suggests that the former FC Gueugnon man has been making a positive impression since moving to Portugal a year ago.

"After some impressive displays for Vitória Setubal in which he was the club's best player, he opted to join FC Porto just one day after an eye-catching display against the Dragons for the League Cup. Porto had been in need of a left-back for some time and Cissokho filled that void perfectly," he claims.

"Cissokho imposed himself in Porto's starting XI right after his arrival but it was against Manchester United [in the Champions League quarter-finals] that he caught the eye of Europe's finest clubs."

Mira reveals that the France-born starlet is already an adept player and he believes the Rossoneri have made an excellent purchase.

"A strong left-back, Cissokho is calm when fulfilling his defensive duties, despite his young age, and has drawn admiring glances. However, his offensive attributes have also earned rave reviews. Such a complete profile is rare in a 21-year-old, but we will surely see more of this tireless player in the future."

Meanwhile, Alexandre Walraevens, Chief Editor of Goal.com France has been impressed by the rise of the defender, but insists it is deserved.

"He played very well for just six months [at Vitoria Setubal] and FC Porto decided to buy the man in the last winter transfer period for €300,000!

"Only one year ago he was relegated in third division in France, he has now signed a contract with AC Milan!"
