we've not had much luck with strikers like destro. i'd rather do a niang/muriel deal- part exchange/loan/swap with udinese and find a taker for Pazzo as i'm sure sampdoria and the likes would jump at a chance to take him.

this deal reminds me so much of how Chelsea goofed and handed Matic+ £21M to Benfica in the David Luiz deal only to go back in to sign the same kid for £21M.
Chelsea can afford this goof, we can't!

So we sell our own prospect (Cristante) to develop Chelsea's (Van Ginkel) - this makes no fcuking sense!!!

Roma want 25m for him, which is ridiculous to think considering we only got 20m for Balo who is twice as better. I don't think we'll be willing to pay that kind of cash, but I wouldn't put it past Galliani if we're still without a striker come the last day of the window, it's a typical panic buy from him.

I'd rather just sign a great CM and a winger (yes even Cerci at this point) and use a false #9 kind of system than waste that kind of money on a typical Italian poacher, Dortmund paid less for Immobile and he's better than Destro

Typical galliani, no focus....read somewhere that pazzo might be included in a cerci bid, matri is on loan, balo sold.....we'll probably get eto'o on a four year deal or we'll hear why sign a new striker to replace mario when we already have niang

Who do you think that should be?

el sha: I fancy him playing the central role now, we mostly just appreciate the defensive work he does on the wing, he's no world class winger, he's got the finishing and speed..... and pippo can indeed coach him to become a good striker.

douglas costa: he's willing to move here, he would be that creative bright spark we haven't seen in this team for about 3yrs...tired of seeing out lethargic build up play. let galliani come up with one more extended structured deal to make this happen.

chicharito: a young penalty box striker who is really alive to tuck away chances.

taarabt: why not? he's cheap and can offer something

dzemaili: we need a cm badly.

this management is really insane, no word on the taarabt business lately... asking price of 4m btw. Rami coughs out 500k of his own money and we're all over the place talking about 30m for iturbe and 20m for cerci.... confused people imo.
why don't we just sign taarabt for cheap, for all we know we might already have our own wonderkid in that mastour boy (provided they work on his state of mind)
Damn it, after that calamitous season we should at least start our pre-season with focus

deep down nobody is really against selling Balo, the catch is 25m simply won't do it, especially as i don't think Monaco will be silly enough to give us Falcao for that kinda price........ no other club will sell us a quality forward for peanuts

£25m is about €30m. I don't think Balo is worth more than €30m, honestly. And that's a lot of money, no matter how you see it.

what? in this world cup year? especially after that match winning display? no way!

He's still only 23years old, anyone buying him and giving him a 6yr deal is getting a super great deal.
At this stage Balotelli the footballer alone to me should be worth €35m+bonuses, moreover arsenal/puma want more (they want a strong marketing tool which he is, silly antics or not) we should milk any suitor dry

i don't agree the wage cap is a bad thing.

Roma just put up a strong title challenge with http://www.tsmplug.com/football/teams/as-roma-squad/ as their wage bill.
Galliani is the moron who just hands fat contracts out without much merit, players like traore, matri, essien in recent times proves this.
That's what we'll continue to get when we don't scout out players who are ready to take the league by storm, we didn't pay kaka big bucks in his break out season.

unless inzaghi proves to be the next pep, he'll find out soon enough how the rosy relationship he has with them all goes to shred.
At this point its all a big sideways step rather than a forward one

The things is. Roma would have never been as good as they were this season had we stuck them with Allegri. Which is doubly irritating

why does Galliani not pay a penalty for all the problems he caused i wonder, there's also the matter of the 12m he paid for the striker who couldn't/wouldn't score and helping Juve buy Tevez who returned plenty goals for them.

Now they're trying to get rid of seedorf alleging a rift with certain players to be the main reason, moreover what message does this send to the new coach inzaghi or whoever (that you're gone once you don't get along with a few players?)

truth we'll remain where we are as long as we only hire people who know how to stroke galliani's c*ck

keep zee, bring back paolo

4th place/ 1pt below 3rd place....... even with 6 defeats is quite impressive. Imagine we had zee for the 1st 19 games.
If only i could fire Galliani for sticking with Allegri even when Roma wanted him so bad

only washed up stars like essien and co would actually make the move to milan at this point, no champions league, no europa..... we need our scouting network to give us bright prospects like mastour, otherwise we'll watch galliani offer 3m/yr contracts to three 30yrs old players this summer

Matri? He'll be gone, I think. Pazzo should also leave if you ask me. I'd rather give Palo space.

Balo scored 14 and palo delivered 13 with less drama, less baggage, less wages.

i'd take adebayor, i thought he was excellent playing as a lone striker against, maldini, nesta, kaladze, oddo back in the 2008 game against aresenal + he's found his form again

what are our options anyway? balotelli will probably be sold.
Without funds, shouldn't we have scouts all over South America looking for talent rather than signing players past their prime on fat contracts

Another thing...

The way we are playing, I'd throw Petagna in right away!!! He is a young player, proud to wear the red and black shirt, he's hungry, powerful, with a lot of potential .......... let the kid play!!!!!!

There's no excuse ... we are not going to lose anything ... we are already lost!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree, let's see what this kid is really made of.....what's to lose? since mario and pazzo are carrying niggling injuries and aren't exactly in any inspiring form at the moment.

top: Rami.... did his defensive duties very well and even added a goal doing so.
taarabt was close but he gave me some frustrating moments when he ought to have played the simple ball into the box but he spent too long dancing on the ball and eventually wasting the attacking opportunity.

flop: saponara...simply not good enough

honda still not impressing on the right
muntari should only be an injury back up, no starts.

I fail to see why we should keep Abbiati, he won't stay for cheap either

Abbiati currently earns between 1m and 1.5m and has said he'll retire if milan don't offer him a contract, coppola is 40 yrs old on 200k/year....so we should definitely keep abbiati for as long as he's useful (2nd choice and even 3rd choice as he gets even older), he'll sign any decent contract we give him

gabriel on loan for a year after which he'll come back to be 2nd choice when abbiati retires...
