i was reading gallianis comments bout the gourcuff transfer and altho he was dissapointed bout not bringin him back it was his fault becuase he wouldnt guarantee him playing time and for that reason was what convinced gourcuff to stay rather then come back. like how stupid are you...do you not watch any of milans games to see that serdoff does nothing for us and to even think ahead to see that we need a quality replacement for him anyway since his contract is up next season...and even still you dont even need to look at it like that since he can play anywhere in the midfield! and he has the balls to say we only baught him for 3 million and sold him for 15 so it was a good investment, clearly he doesnt care but building a team and winning games he just cares bout making money. well if u build a winning team winning earns you money and sponserships its not rocket science.

i don't think it's the players i truly think it's Ancelotti's system
look at these players
Gourcoff
Pirlo
seedorf
flamini
ronaldinho

All these great shooting mids never seem to shoot in ancelotti's system, death to the old Tactics!!! In with Rijkaard!!

Im shocked you forgot King Kaka in your short list but i aswell am gettin fed up with ancelottis poor decision making, i am also becoming increasing intrigued with seing what rijkaard would do with our team becuase i was a fan of his while his time at barca. im sure he would help with brining quality players to milan.

I find Pirlo used to fill that void as Cannonball Mid, much as Sleepdwarf used to

i know the last few games pirlo was at the top of the box and id be screaming for him to shoot and he would hesitate and opt out to a thorugh pass or chip in instead. pirlo has deff been playing better recently then when he frist came back from injury this season but no wear near as effective as he was preworld cup fourm. and the dwarff has been really poor lately...like even worse then usualy i recall one decen shot on net besides his goal against juve in the last half dozon games atleast. i had high hopes for flamini to help in this department because hes got quite a shot on him and has good low shots, unfortunalty when he frist started getting playin time he would play catious and not wonder forward too much and when he finally adapted to the team and started to venture forward and unleash a couple shots he get moved to rb.

I like gourcuffs style of play, hes got the confidence now to prove himself at a higher level. milan since sheva left have been mising something in games. even tho most of the time we enjoy more posession in games we dont have players that take shots! we alwasy get up to the 18yard box and then either pass it around untill we lose it, or send in a cross which kills me when we only play with one striker. his control power and accuracy is pretty amazing. the only players that consistantly take shots is kaka and pato, and when kaka wasnt in fourm letting him take shots was as useless as putting inzaghi on defence and pato hasnt been playin much lately. thats one of the things that bothers me bout playin wiht 2 defensive midfielders they dont give enough goin forward to help our attack.

That's the way the loan deal was written: that Bordeaux'd have a buy out option until May 30. Strange contract but that's the way it is. The one stipulation is that Bordeaux can't buy him and then immediately turn around and sell him to any other club.

wow, who was the genius who came up with that idea? they should have atleast put a clause sayin they cant sell him for atleast a year

ok heres what i dont understand or might be missunderstanding. gourcuff is on loan with option to buy for 13 or 15 million what ever it is, but just cuz brodeaux have the option to buy him at the end of the loan doesnt mean milan have to sell him. Milan can still decline the offer, cuz at the end of the day he is still has a contract with milan. now wiht interviews with carlo and uncle fester where they keep his situation in the dark if they are talkin like if they did come up with the money they would consider the move is different, but to me it doesnt make sence that milan would be forced to sell him just cuz they met milans asking price, teams would get screwed over all the time. milan got offered more for kaka then they were probably asking if they did want to sell him and they still didnt sell. so correct me if im wrong but that doesnt seem right.

I hope your not holding your breath on that one Nova. With Galliani only wanting to buy old "experenced" players, aswell as our lack of funds and inability to compete with the english sides financially like our board keeps saying, we have no chance to ship out old and ineffective players and sign adaquit replacements, not to mention if carlo does keep on as our coach if his attitude doesnt change were doomed to another season with no silverwear.

I don't think Pato is a bad person for what he did, everyones done things in the moment that they didn't consider the consiquences. I know that this is a fourm and everyone is intitled to there opinion but i think people should look at there own lives befor they scrutinize others. I enjoy talkin about players based on what they do on the pitch, but there personal lives shouldn't be any of our business. Only God can judge him. Hopefully he learned from his mistake and keeps his name outta the papers unless it for postivie things and keeps focused on football.

I don't read goal.com as it's wildly unreliable (most of what they publish is ****). But Ancelotti did say that about Gourcuff in his prematch comments.

i only read goal.com for post match reviews and political soccer news anything with player transfers is a joke i agree.

Gila's and Gourcuff's case cannot be compared in any way... the former was given the most generous chance(s) I have ever seen anyone given and I think he'd still be here if the fans had not turned against him... it was certainly not the same for Gourcuff was not even a starter (rightfully).

The French did not seem weak to me at all especially considering his age he just seemed too eager to prove his worth and that made him anxious... he would have done much better with time but it seems to me that he's not very much liked and respected in Milan so I guess something has happened between him and Ancelotti.

I thaught the same thing, for what ever reason Ancelotti didn't like him because after he was loaned out Carlo was trash talkin him, which lead me to believe he would be sold after his loan spell for sure. i dunno if anyone read goal.com's article of ancelotti's dinner with berlsconni but when he was asked of what he thaught about Gourcuff he said “I would be very happy is Gourcuff returns next season, but it all depends on what Bordeaux decide to do. He has matured a lot there.”....i was shocked!

Gila couldn't handle the pressure of a big club, and Gourcuff didn't show any signs of doing likewise. Lest we forget, Bordeaux is no Milan by any means. His performances over there aren't enough to make me jump on the "bring Gour back!" bandwagon yet.

Gila didnt have as much talant as everyone thaught he did, and wasnt played in his proper position to be as effective as he coulda been. and even if gourcuff is shining but only on brodeaux dont forget that he has been the best player for les bleu in most of there last couple matches. and lets not forget when he was playin for milan he would come in as a sub so if you wanna say he didnt make an impact at milan not manny people would if your only playin 10 mins of a match. most players on milan wounld make an impact commin on as a sub either prolly only pippo and kaka i would bet on making a difference the rest wouldnt risk my money. look at sheva once the best striker in the world now comes in as a sub and still hasnt managed to score a goal even when we were up 4-1 against palermo. the kid had no confidence, what do u expect in games ur up 4-0 and the coach put brocchi on instead of you...id feal like a worthless piece of crap too

Amen to that!

poor pato...thats really unlucky to pick up an injury in training i thaught it was from the knock he picked up against torino that was keeping him out. hes really deserved a few goals on his performances lately. i really wanted him to reach 20 goals this season to boost his confidence. i wouldnt be supirsed to see sheva pippo upfront tho, with shevas 2 goals in the friendly during the week, and both him and pippo to exploit becks crosses and his abilty to set up aswell, id bet r80 comes in as a sub....depending how the game goes of course, but carleto seems to be convinced with 2 strikers, 15 goals and 2 conceded in the last 6 games...its hard to argue no?

kaka married his childhood sweetheart at the age of 23...its good that hes he knows what he wants and hes a comittied young lad but that doesnt mean he has to jump into anything...marriage is a life changing it could turn out good or bad, there is nothing wrong with waiting, cuz he will still be as focused and determined on the pitch married or not. although i do believe the less on a players mind the better.

its funny how both players Ancelotti didnt show faith in (Gila, Gourcuff) both are moving to clubs where they will be playing champions league footbal. i hope they both shine and prove to carlo the error of his ways.

loseing out on Lloris does suck, he looked like an amazing talant but the thing that i really dont get the most is Livorno got religated to serie B and Amelia is prolly gonna leave, he has stated last season that he wanted to play for milan and there arent even spectulations that we are even looking at him....he will be italys # 1 goalie after buffon, he has shown his quality on the international level when he got his chance to play a couple games when buffon was injured, and were just gonna let him go to bayern? his age, his skill level his experience is all what milan want and need....i just dont get it
