QUOTE (Rossoneri7 @ Oct 30 2007, 11:06 PM)
And i got ur point .. i.e. rotation is the best motivation.

(IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) ... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) that's not what I was saying! I said that our players feel secure! I'm not saying the subs SHOULD be used, I'm saying that if the subs are quality players the starters have to always play good to keep their place! Now Seedorf or Pirlo can have a string of awful performances but they will still keep their place in the starting XI because their replacements are nothing but jokes!

QUOTE (Rossoneri7 @ Oct 30 2007, 11:06 PM)
Yes we don't have a bench as good as Chelsea or Barca, but we have hard workers on our bench who give 100% when they are on
*

Yes I would give 100% if I was at Milan too... does that mean I'd be worth a place there?? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I don't have anything against those guys... it's not their fault if God was in a bad mood the day they were born! They probably WANT TO but the simply CANNOT...

QUOTE (Rossoneri7 @ Oct 30 2007, 11:06 PM)
This team has done it before, when the same critics were out to laminate on issues like the team is old and lack of motivation ( the usual BS ).
*

The team is old and the team lacks motivation... if you can't see that then you should stop blindly agreeing with whatever Galliani says! Of course our starting XI players are amazing footballers but they don't have the will to kill small teams... they just won't try hard enough! I see that every week on the field, Galliani's words or yours won't fool me...

The team is motivated only in the big occasions and that's one reason why they won the 'Big Ear' last season and that's why they have a good chance to do so again. But they are also old, they can't be competitive in Serie A AND the CL... they just can't!

So yes, the team lacks motivation and the team is old... winning the CL proved how great these players are but these are facts that can't be denied!

As for Pippo, first of all... Super Pippo is not a good nickname... cause in Italian it means this guy here:
(IMG:http://www.dialbforblog.com/archives/355/super_goof.gif)

Super Pippo = Sooper Goofy! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Pippo's technique is bad. I mean BAD. Twenty years ago he wouldn't even be good for an amateur... but he is the most decisive player I've ever seen. And even if I'll be eternally thankful for his brace that killed the linnets I'm still not very fond of him...

Oh dst .. I didn't misunderstand u .. I totally did !! I guess, i just wanted to get to the point too fast, instead of explaining 'rotation for motivation' ... I mean, even Broochi would laugh at the fact of benching Seedorf and Gourcuff might get brain damage for just thinking if he ever benched Kaka' (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ...

Bringing in Essian or Diarra (for sake of example) would mean breaking up the setting of the team. On paper we would look a lot stronger, but in the locker room Gattuso and Pirlo would start having second thoughts .. cuz any new comer with quality, whom is guarenteed first team football at his club, isn't gonna accept a sub's role. Therefor, Emerson and Broochi are not as bad as you think, after all they are Serie A quality.

The whole issue about transfers is something we have gone back and forth on several times, and this wont be the last

Problem is, us fans desire to see the team in contention, just like Roma or *gulp* inter right now .. U know that i too would love to enjoy a Milan win (just like anybody else) ... But I have come to acknowledge that Carlo has agreed to take this team and bring in the club's targets at the end of the season. Though the team has fallen below expectation recently, I still believe Milan will stand up again! Nothing can break this team!

Maybe Milan ain't the same as in 04-05 (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) But the core is still there, except the targets are not the same. And so what if Milan is old !! Milan is gaining experience every year. Remember what Kaka' said after Istanbul, "Without players like Costacurta and Maldini, the team would have taken the defeat much harder than we did" (the exact wording is not the same, but the moral lies in my summary of what he said) ... U know, to me experience is vital. It is the reason behind my love for this team. Sure a Kaka' or Pato would be a breath of fresh air for us fans (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) But the experience is something priceless, if you know what i mean.

Pippo ? You don't love Pippo (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) ... I knew it !!! U were a merda at heart (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

(IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) You just want to disagree with me don't u (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
