I think Seedorf is already a done deal
But for me, from that list, Prandelli would be the first choice
Yeah, I think Seedorf, as the cheapest, will probably be our next coach. I don't think it's even down to him being a 'yes' man - but the same silly sentimentality which has us living in the past and trying to reclaim it. Seedorf is is one of football's greatest-ever players while being comically under-rated by so many given just how glittering his career was.
But he's not ready to go, as said, from a player straight into management despite his obvious intelligence.
Prandelli is described as a 'safe pair of hands' and that he is, but he's not a winning manager. A couple of Serie B promotions is not quite winning Serie A. Roma and Fiorentina are no Milan and I will be curious to see what his Italy does this summer before I subscribe to wanting him at Milanello.
No, the only manager I've mentioned who knows how to win on continental Europe is AVB - he had awful times of it in England but he did amazing things with Porto both domestically and in Europe. Whether that means he can handle continental European football better than British remains to be seen.
Like I say, torn between him and Prandelli.
But, as you all say, it's almost certainly moot given Seedorf is the easy and cheap option.
