Didn't watch the game, but this is pathetic. We had the golden opportunity in these last two games to be part of the CL race till the end and yet we squandered it. A pathetic display vs Inter and now a draw at home vs Sassuolo.
Sorry guys, but we simply don't deserve to be in. |

I agree. Too many chokers in our team.
At least it's obvious what we need for next season: - a classy striker (offload two of Kalinić, Bacca or Silva) - a good winger/or maybe two? - one more good midfielder to replace Bonaventura - more dynamic fullback (offload one of RR, Abate, Antonelli) |

I think we should go 4-2-4 in these last few games. Play two strikers and remove the ghost of Bonaventura in midfield.

Agreed, Bona needs to be hooked at this point. Forget being a ghost, he's become a liability these past few weeks! I don't think Rino will change the shape though. He's generally been faithful to the 4-3-3 and I don't even think he's wrong on that. Against Sassuolo we did everything BUT score, the fact that we don't have a lethal finisher is what's been hurting us. Anyways, the season for us is practically done and dusted with Napoli coming up, so let's hope that the management will bring in the players we need in the summer and then we can talk about CL |
