I'll continue. We should have never signed Silva (40M) and Kalinic (25M). We should have offered 70M + Niang to Cairo for Belotti. He would have caved in.

We should have never signed him. We should have pushed for a LFW, preferably Keita, and kept playing 4-3-3 with Musacchio and Romagnoli as CBs.

I'm seriously doubting Musacchio's quality right now, so...

Seriously? When the hole team is sucking big time, you’re picking individuals?

Neither Musacchio nor Romagnoli are playing well atm. Bonucci is a top class player, if the opportunity came along you wouldn't have missed out on it either. Hindsight is always 20/20 but I'm 99.99% sure that even if we hadn't gotten him, stuck to the 4-3-3 with Romagnoli and Musacchio in the centre, we'd still be sucking major donkey balls

I agree about Kalinic but wholly disagree about Silva, the kid is special, it's obvious to me when I see him playing that he can be great. The problem is that the entire team behind him is struggling so he's finding it difficult to really make his mark. I think he'll prove to be a very wise investment. Kalinic was a filler buy that we really didn't need. They'd been promising a striker all summer so when they couldn't get the better options they defaulted to him

Silva might seem promising, but not for a struggling Milan and the Serie A. We needed a sure investment, someone can guarantee +20 goals per season.

Sure I am. Why not? I get that you think it's a collective down we're right now experiencing, but Musacchio hasn't performed good IMO and I'm not sure he can make the cut. Another player I'm getting more and more skeptic about is Kessie.

I don't think it's appropriate to pick on individuals when nobody is performing. In that sense, I'm skeptical about everyone, even Bonaventura and Suso.

Sarcasm? I hate to be a tw*t again (I'm good at being a tw*t) but was I not the only one here to object to that signing and said that it was disruptive and a bad idea?

Look at it this way, Bonucci started the chain of events that lead to Caldara and Piatek.

So in the end it was a good deal for us

You make it sound like Caldara has been a huge success for us thus far.

Worked out well, but it doesn't mean I was wrong (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

But I take your point - but I'm sure not thanking the lad for it.

Yeah really, that Caldara hype isn't really getting to me...

His hype is not born out of nothing though, he was immense for Atalanta last season, just because he's been unlucky with injuries this season doesn't negate that fact.

Him and Romagnoli will most likely be the starting duo for the Azzurri once Bonucci and Chiellini call it a day, so I say it was a pretty great deal considering we're likely going to be in possession of the starting CBs of the Italian NT. Not to mention the keeper and RB as well
