The bulgarian football federation has asked that CSKA Sofia will be excluded from the next Champions League preliminary round cause of their financial situation; if UEFA will accept this request, the club that would replace the bulgarian team would be the one wit the highest UEFA coefficient, that means AC Milan. The italian club was involved in the opposite situation in 2006, when Lens asked to be admitted to the Champions League instead of Milan tha was involved in a corruption scandal. Flamini? He's arriving tonight in Milan, if he passes the medical tests he will be a Milan player. Players want to join Milan, there are no doubts about that, I've never heard anyone say they wouldn't join us unless we qualified for the Champions League." The Emerson transfer saga is over after Milan announced his capture from Real Madrid this evening.

Reports in Italy gathered pace this afternoon that the Brazilian was on the verge of joining the European champions and that has proved to be reality.

“Milan communicate that they have signed Emerson from Real Madrid on a permanent basis,” read a short note on the Rossoneri’s website.

Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani flew out to Madrid earlier today to complete the deal after weeks of talks.

It’s understood that the veteran has signed a two-year deal at the San Siro after Real accepted a fee of around £3.7m.

Milan President Silvio Berlusconi caused shockwaves by claiming Andriy Shevchenko has asked for a return to Serie A.

“I spoke to Shevchenko most recently yesterday,” he said from the stands of San Siro for tonight’s match with Roma.

“He rang me up and I was very pleased to hear from him, as I was with many people at the time who sent him an affectionate round of applause. Naturally a chant of ‘Sheva, return to us’ started up and he said he’d like that very much.” (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

It’s no secret that the Ukrainian has struggled to adapt to the Premiership since his £30m summer move to Chelsea.

He has scored just four goals in 14 official appearances for the club and is said to be finding it difficult to make friends in London.

Berlusconi’s statement will surely fire up already existing speculation that Shevchenko could return to the Rossoneri next season, or even as early as January.

It would be a valuable boost for Milan, who are having problems hitting the back of the net this term with Alberto Gilardino, Ricardo Oliveira and Pippo Inzaghi all stuttering. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

BECAUSE WITHOUT YOU, WE ARE A DIFFERENT TEAM!!!WHERE ARE YOU SHEVA???
YOU HAD THE SOLUTION IN THAT CASES

I agree with you(nova).Kaka is too young but you can find in him a lot of experience (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) .Ricky is the fastest player with the ball (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif) .I think that there are many Greeks who love MILANara like us.i hate Dopentus (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

All the players have their bad monents. The best defender has passed his bad period.I saw him alone to battle with two or three opponents and i undestood that only Italians are the best defenders in the world. After Baresi and Maldini is the next defence's leader!!!FORZA GRANDE SANDRO!!!

The only transfer that we need is a young defender to play next to the best (SANDRO)!!!
Even if, there is not a player who can replace Paolo!!!,i think that Lugano or Chivu would be great!!
