I don't buy it. International shirts don't have sponsor names on them, and still players get booked.

The rule has to be universal in order to be legitimate?

International kits do have sponsorships. The kit maker logo is still a form of sponsor.

The majority of that certainly wasn't spent at Milan, still 2 CLs, 1 Serie A (his biggest failure imo) 1 Coppa with us

Simeone surprises me.

I'm not sure about the list though. I can't see it being net spend, because Mourinho has not spent 900m net. But It can't be gross because 180m isn't much in 10 years.

North Korean NT players have all been jailed and might face execution after their 2-0 defeat against South Korea.

Yes, this was all over the news here. Well, at least the news that reports on Indian football.

Too hot to handle

I can't blame the players for finding it hard to concentrate, I've had that happen to me with a lot less hot women but it's unfair to ask her to leave.

So FIFA's conclusion that they've put out in regards to corruption is that Russia and Qatar bids were perfectly fine. It's the England bid that was corrupt. This is despite the lead investigator saying that is not the conclusion he came to. He also stated that many FIFA officials refused to comply with what he asked in regards to the Qatar and Russia bids.

Basically, accuse FIFA of corruption and they'll just call you corrupt. We need to pull out, we'll be no worse off.

tbh football is rife with corruption at every level. It's not exactly accurate to say the Qatar bid wasn't corrupt, but equally innaccurate to say England's was squeaky clean. Or anyone else's.

But yes, FIFA are despicable. Unfortunately no one can 'pull out'. It would be the end of football in their country.

I don't for one second think any bid is clean. There's always going to be one individual looking at stuff. But it'll probably be a bad move for FIFA in the long run. Apparently lots of places demanding to see the full report, which is far from a glowing reputation and lots of cover-ups. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I'd definitely put out. The Yanks won't be far behind. 2 of the biggest markets FIFA have, which is nice.
