When a team is in crises, especially one which mostly regards it's identity, what's needed is a strong character to lead, someone who at least has a modicum of experience. Not someone who's never even attempted to coach a top flight club! The Gattuso appointment was a mistake. The players are all individually good, it's the team as a whole that's not working.
