Haha, you hadn't heard that, zeddie? There was a thing between Rijkaard's daughter and Ronaldinho in Barcelona. That's old gossip.

One of them, presumably. From what I recall (liga specalists may know more details or may correct me on this), the main reason was that Ronaldinho was too much into the late night partying and too little into training.

You know, you can say a lot of crap about Dinho, but the guy has good taste (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I would like to see Frankie Rijkaard as well (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) .

(crossposted in the transfer thread)

At a dinner tonight Berlusconi talked about the future coach:

QUOTE
''i vertici del Milan considerano per un allenatore molto importante l'esperienza nel settore giovanile, perche' forma molto il tecnico dal punto di vista psicologico''.

[The Milan leadership consider it very important for a coach to have experience in the youth sector, because it's formative for the coach from the psychological point of view.]

click!

Looks like it's gonna be Galli.

Yep, because he's the cheapest. That said, I'd take him over Allegri and Costacurta any day. And obviously Tassoti should be the vice-coach.

So, apparently Donadoni is the favorite now. Jeez, I don't know what to think. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

I'm thinking that I'm naturally wearing Parma or Chievo colors so I could easily blend in there for a year or two.

Donadoni....oy. I am a scared fish.

Allegri, Rijkaard, vBasten, Galli, Tassoti, Lippi, Donadoni. In all i was optimistic except for Lippi and Donadoni. Now it seems to be Roberto, who clearly came short at the Azzuri and in Napoli.

Although: 5/7 named coaches have a Milan history (IMG:style_emoticons/default/king.gif)

Now it's just Galli-Tassoti(co), or Donadoni-Tassoni(co) and I dont like them.

I wouldn't underestimate Galli if I were you. Either him or Allegri would be jolly good.

I can't find a single reason why to think he is a good as coach. In fact the only thing I know for him is that he has never trained a real team (I'm not talking about Primaveras) and that his Coach carrier stareted 3-4 years ago.
He can't be new Guardiola.

P.S. I like Allegri too, but that's something I consider - too good to be true.
