mourinho and Scolari are out of the question so name people that are available and that u think we really have a chance of geting in the future

my pick would be Marco van Basten (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)
i think he would jump at the chance of being milan manager

Right now, I think Rijkaard is better!

I don't know if him and Ronaldinho get along too well...

I'd prefer Van Bastien myself... Capello... big maybe...

MVB is the only non-Italian Milan striker I've ever really liked. He was a god as a footballer. As a coach? Not so much. If I had to pick a former Milan player to replace Ancelotti as coach, it'd easily be Capello. That said, I'd prefer Rijkaard over MVB and would be really interested in the possibility of one of the newer Italian coaches (Galli/Evani/Billy) maybe taking over. NOT Donadoni.

Well, you can forget that name ... He is not a Milan player, and above all he coached the merda. Never gonna happen (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Oh no, not this guy. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Or we'll be limited to semifinal appearances in tournaments, and never actually win anything!

I've had enough of Carlo, I'd like to see an attack-minded coach after him and there are few Italian coaches who actually like attacking football... Spalletti is an exception and he's the man for me. after him Prandelli. and a big no to Capello. though with him titles are sorta guaranteed, his football is not entertaining at all! (remember pre-Calciopoli Juve?!)

From non-Italians, Rijkaard... and maybe Van Basten (though he's not proved himself yet)

From those who have had no ties with Milan in the past, Zico and Scolari.

In order:

Spalletti/Rijkaard (I'm alright with either of them replacing Carlo but Rijkaard obviously has the upper hand as he's a former player and jobless right now)
Prandelli
Van Basten
Zico
Scolari

Scolari is out of the question. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Zico is in it. I wish we signed him, the guy is a decent coach.

Interesting choices, zd. Thing is, I don't think any non-Milan related coach will be hired. So...Rijkaard from your list, then?

For what it's worth, I think Prandelli is the best coach in Serie A. Have tremendous respect for him.

What's wrong with Big Phil? OK, I know what's wrong, but he's a great coach. it'd be interesting to see Mourinho vs Scolari!

It seems so... I mean, why would Roma let Spalletti go? or the Viola releasing a coach who took them to the CL and is loved by its fans? Rijkaard is the most probable option I think. I've actually seen his name being mentioned on our website sometimes...

He really is a gentleman and a great coach, but I like Spalletti's football more. it's very modern and beautiful. no wonder he's been selected as the best coach in Italy for two successive years.
