QUOTE (acid911 @ Oct 7 2011, 09:41 PM) And that player is? (IMG: style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) I personally don't think there is one yet, playing currently. I'm not saying it, simply put. I'm not being blamed for starting some crappy debate again.

QUOTE (Milan Are Brilliant @ Oct 7 2011, 09:40 PM) You rate Titus Bramble too then (IMG: style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) QUOTE (Milan Are Brilliant @ Oct 7 2011, 09:40 PM) Hopefully hold out for the victory, not sure who will start for us in the Euro's now, Wellbeck & Bent (barring injury)? I think he'd probably move Young into Rooney's position behind Bent, then play with 2 from Downing, Walcott, Milner, Johnson out wide. Parker and Barry with another solid game as a partnership in the middle. Lampard and Gerrard should struggle to get into the side at this rate.

(IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Yeah, I think too, he's the best attacker currently playing. Still needs a few years to get to that upper echelon of legends, but he very well might once he nears the wrong side of 30s. Kaka was another one who I thought had it in him to walk among the giants, but injuries and form just took it all out of him. But yeah like I said, this generation still has a country mile or two to walk before they get to the AAA status.

Exactly what I was saying at HT.
Poor result really seeing as we were 2-0 up, and Rooney's stupid actions.
Still, we do qualify.

QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Oct 7 2011, 09:56 PM) I'm really starting to be unconvinced by Hart again. Most goals we conceed have me thinking he could be doing better. Near post (albeit from a deflection) and a looping cross that lands about 2 yards out. Hmm. He's by far the best we have, the hobbit is useless, the guy who needs the dentist is even worse and who else is there. Chris 'I play one game a season' Kirkland? Can only think of Paul Robinson and he's pretty much said f that to Capello.

QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Oct 7 2011, 10:01 PM) Yeah he's easily the best, just doesn't convince me half the time now. Scott Carson is the #2 again, says it all about our keepers! I think he's a great shot stopper, he's not great in the air but honestly I can't think of one goalkeeper in the world who I rate that highly anymore. The last one was Gigi a few years back, even Iker etc don't look anything that special, especially aerially.

We're already 2-0 up against Belgium. Watching our team play became kinda boring recently...
