Villa already looking to wrap up our 3rd and 4th signings of the summer and we're not even half way through June! This is so much better than the MON days of waiting until August 31st and then paying £10m for someone ****.

Think it's a better time of the year to do transfers and unlike the American sports we only get about a month proper break, the season pretty much starts again in a couple of weeks with pre-season etc. Crazy.

Villa's fixtures to start the season are a nightmare. Looks like our young team will be in a hole to start the season and we'll be playing catch up again. The last thing we bloody needed.

I don't see the fuss at all with Thiago. Does well at U21 level but has yet to make any kind of impression at all in the regular gam.

When will United realise Rooney isn't worth the effort, if they can get rid of players like Cristiano who were far superior and still contend then it's a no brainer here really.

I think they're more worried about strengthening a rival than anything. If he goes to Chelsea, that'd be disaster for United.
