Damn Torino!!! I hope they get relelgated next season! (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Oh well. As everyone has said, Fio have been much more consistent that us and they thoroughly deserve the CL. However, at the same time, it is such a shame as the final is in Rome next year and AC Milan are not going to play UCL football. (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) All you people thinking that Ibrahimobitch is amazing must be out of their minds. When has he EVER performed well against a Big side in big games? Today's game against Parma was not against a big side was it? In my opinion, he is like Cronaldo - amazing against shite defenders and a complete flop against good ones. I mean, look at zlatan's performance against liverfool? How many times did he have the chance to score in good positions? I can count about 5. This season has been up and down, mostly down. But, lets look on the bright side shall we? Pato has blossomed and hopefully the management have felt the kick up the backside which is the UEFA cup. During today's match I saw a banner saying that CL or UEFA Cup, we are with you always and we will win! (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devil.gif) Grazie Cafu e Sergio! (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif) (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif) Grazie Ragazzi! (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) FORZA MILAN PER SEMPRE! QUOTE (CrazyMilanFan @ May 18 2008, 11:17 AM) First decision should be that who should coach 80 percent It will be carlo..... then second thing we need 1 stiker( eto would be my pick ), AM( R10 probably). DM (flamini), CM or substitue for pirlo ( none one linked shoud be Herenes or cagani for me), CB ( canani or zapata), GK ( lloris) Full backs atleast 2 zambrotta and someone else So basically, we need a whole new team..

Ancelotti should be blamed! Not for everything, but defenetly as much as the management! The coach has to agree with transfers, if he does not choose them himdelf. So why would he agree to sign a grandpa (emerson), when we alredy have so many DM player? Why does he not ask for a decent kaka replacement when he clearly does not trust in gourcuff? Why does he think ronaldo will be our MAIN striker when he has health problem (at Inter, and Madrid)? Why play Brocci, gattuso, prilo and another dm (emerson) as soon as Milan are winning? Why.. Why.. Why.. this could go on... It is not just his fault, but clearly he has played a role in this dreadfull season (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Anyhow, nice win and lets win the Uefa coup.. even tho it might proof to be more difficult then some people think...

QUOTE Emerson - Flop Ronaldo - Flop Oddo - Flop brocchi- Flop gilardini- Flop gourcuff- Flop jankulovski- Flop dida- Flop The only guys you can call flops are the ones that never actuall were ever good enough for the team. Only these players can be added to that list: Emerson Brocchi and Gila (somewhat, he had a good first season imo, so I wouldn't call him a total flop) Ronaldo and Oddo were part of the reason that we made 4th place and won the CL last season Ronaldo was our go to guy in Serie A for goals last season and if it wasn't for his goals we probably wouldn't have made it last season and Oddo was hugely important for us both in the league and CL just because this season he wasn't in good form (like most of our players tbh) doesn't make him a flop Gourcuff is not a flop, he is a player with potential that the coach doesn't seem to like for whatever reason. I'm more then positiove that Yoann has stayed on the bench for 3/4 of the time during his entire stay at Milan because of some personal issue Carlo has with him Again, Janku was a hugely important player for us last season, this season he has been very unlucky with injuries, that is not his fault and it certainly doesn't make him a flop And Dida has been horrible this season and the one before that but there was a time when he was considered one of the best keepers around when he was playing for us. He's been great for us in the past and I do agree that he must leave but I surely don't consider him a flop

UEFA Cup its not the end of the world. For once it means we can focus on winning the scudetto for once. We should also probably win the uefa cup and then show who ever wins the CL who the best team really is! (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devil.gif) Pato? What can you say about him. He was definately not match fit, you could see him breathing hard, but he is absolute class. We looked such a different team with the old diamond shape. Thats the sort of risk we needed to take against napoli last week, actually be on the offensive and make the result rather than sitting back. Thats the big problem with carlo, no risks, the same old tactics. When they work fair enough, but when there not for gods sake man, make some tactical changes. Your suppose to be a tactician! (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Kaka'? 100/10 for getting in dangerous positions tonight. He really had a great game, he just couldn't finish. I was thinking all night if we got a penalty he'd miss. The key to this result and the rest of the season will be the transfer period. Right now its erring on failure. But if we do nothing drastic in the transfer period it'll be a disaster. Were a world class team and how many players would you say in the starting 11 were world class tonight? Maybe five at best (Kaka', Pirlo, Seedorf, Inzaghi, Ambro). The back four and keeper are makeshift at best. We saw again tonight how devastating we can be on the attack, but when it comes back were always out of position and look likely to concede. Were an italian team, were suppose to be strong at the back, lets fix that first! Anyway bring on the transfer period. Personally I'm hoping we only look at players below 30, we want the next generation, not a quick fix like we've been trying to do in recent years.

Er. Porty, Nesta marked Zlatan out of the first derby this season. It's Cruz who killed us.

Goal.com comments are foreshadowing next season for us: enjoy (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) QUOTE # interista aussie:: hahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahah it is a good day for me=p Inter4lyfe djakovo,Croatia:: hahaahahahahah..yesss!!!!
Deivid Euro:: Pathetic club Milan. They are not a great club, the league is the true indication of a teams level, and it never lies. Milan are pathetic. Enjoy Uefa Cup dogs
rob North Carolina USA:: VIOLAAAAA so good to see you win today!! milan hope you will learn your lesson and compete for the league instead of getting up for the big matches only hahaha! Viola so deserving.. third year that they qualified, but finally were able to do it without any legal issues. Congratulations Prandelli, Mutu, Monto, Ufi, Osvaldo, etc!
inter sweden:: HAHAHHAA BEST DAY IN MY LIFE, INTER WON CAMPIONE AND MILAN 5 PLACE HAHAHHAHAHHA FORCA INTEEEEER MILAN = OLD MEN INTER = FUTURE
haha Milan UEFA cup Champion?:: In your dreams. You guys are lucky that Zenit is playing in CL next season. Otherwise, the UEFA Cup has for the past 8 years been the slaughter of every big team. Good Luck in UEFA boys, cuz you're gonna need thousands of luck to win it.
arsenal fan london:: Flamini, have fun in uefa cup
Harry Chen Indonesia :: Justice is served! Now Mathieu Flamini can play in the UEFA Cup instead of in the Champions League. So, he's not after money, huh? He thought he could get the same salary as Cesc Fabregas does.

QUOTE (m1ke @ May 14 2008, 04:32 PM) I don't think I'd place Carlo in the 'stupid' bracket, but I get your point. Stubborn and predictable yes, but stupid - I'm not so sure. Hehe, he isn't bright as sunshine either. (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) And I believe a good bunch of rival coaches would agree with this statement. Even if our team was playing like crap, a coach should at least have enough power and skills to fill up the leaks. I can recall a handful or matches that didn't go our way, because of our weak tactical strategies, and playing boring, defensive football. I don't have any problems with him staying, of course. It would be very unfair to let him leave because of a 5th place crash, but I still believe someone new with fresh tactics is the flavor of the month. Someone with enough hindsight to know that having an army of DMFs isn't going to cut it - both in Serie A and Europe. UEFA Cup. Boy, it's gonna hurt a lot before it gets better.
