They are playing tomorrow a difficult Uefa cup game in Russia so our players have more time to rest than Parma players.

Parma plays the UEFA Cup? :X

Somehow I didn't know that... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Parma won 1-0, but Rubin missed many oppurtinies, even a penalty.

1-2. I hope Gilardino will score against Parma. Inzaghi can rest a little bit.

I don't like players to play against their former teams... don't know why. Maybe some mixed emotions... don't know.

Just look at the CL example: Diarra vs. Lyon = 0; Figo vs. Sporting = 0... don't like this.

So PLEASE no Bonera and Gilardino... Inzaghi can play this one. Gilardino can play against Livorno next Wednesday.

I think it was Carlo that said that Gila will play, and we don't have to worry about him not performing against Parma, he already scored against them last season (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devil.gif)

It's Ascoli on Wednesday. Anyway, I think we should play like this: Dida; Cafu, Nesta, Maldini, Jankulovski; Pirlo, Gattuso, Gourcuff, Kakà; R. Oliveira, Gilardino.

I heard Galliani that Gilardino will play against Parma, that's why I put him. I'm a bit confused if we should play with Gourcuff or Seedorf. But seeing Yoann's superb form against AEK, he might take the place.

My team for sunday is

Bonera--Nesta--Maldini--Janku/Serginho
---Gattuso---Pirlo---Seedorf---
---------------Kaka--------------
------Gilardino---Oliveira-------

Cafu definately needs a rest, Nesta needs to regain his match fitness, and fast. Maldini looked like his old self against AEK, even though he has played a lot of games I think he should still start, he gives the team confidence. Janku I think deserves a start on the team as much as anyone, and dst would not like the winger in the LB position (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I read on some site that Pirlo was injured, I hope not, but if he is we don't need to worry as much since we have our French baby to fill his position quite nicely.

Galliani said that Gila will start, I hope that it's not next to Pippo because if that's the case I don't see him scoring, he needs someone he can link up with and make HIM the assists not Gila making the assists for someone else, he is a box striker not a supporting one.

Pippo should definately get some rest, all those games can't be good for a 33 year old, and we can't afford for him to get injured.

I think we should rest some of them on Ascoli's match at home. In San Siro it's safe... Parma, it's never easy play on their pitch. And we can't lose points. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I know that, but Gila is still capable of scoring you know. Look at him in the game with Italy, he got only ONE chance in the whole game and he took it, that is a clinical striker. I would bet that IF he played next to OLIVEIRA (NOT PIPPO) he will score for us.

Plus I'm sure that if the goals don't come from Gila someone else will score. Parma might always give us a tough time, but let's not forget how much their team has weakened.
