I never compared CR to Eboue... that would be blasphemy, Eboue is da king!

Wrong.
Eboue is a burst boil on the king's illegitimate son's inner tigh, and yet comparing C.Ronaldo to him would be blasphemy. And that says more about Ronaldo than of Eboue.

Getting Fabregas would be a nice deal. But I don't see how that would be possible. We've got that department more then just well covered for the next 3-4 years. I'd rather bring a top defender or at least a prospect.

Yeah, let's drain Arsenal dry after we've done the same to Barcelona! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Cesc is an amazing player, and I won't mind seeing him here wearing the red and black (irrespective of our history with Spanish players not living up to expectations), but it still is amazing why most of our signings are coming from either Arsenal or Barca.

It's good that we're linked with Fabregas. It means something else is going on... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

The something else going on?

I think as far a mid-field goes we need

1. Pirlo stand-in
2. Seedorf stand in. Somebody who can play from the mid-3 and connect the treqqies.

I think point 2 is on an importance scale of 1-10 about a 6.

However in defence we need a centre back. And that's a rating of 8.5.

So screw Fabregas...get Senderos. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Someday I'd really like to find out more about how your rating scale works! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) And maybe even borrow it for a week or two to reverse engineer it. If I had this kind of power, who know what I'd have accomplished.

I could tell you how it works. How strong is your quantum mechanics and calculus? I kinda had to complete the unified field theory which Einstein had left unfinished, but it's not used too extensively in my calculations. But you would require it for a figure of accuracy greater than 1 decimal point. Know what I'm saying...

Yeah, I can follow you loud and clear captain. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) Except of course the two thingies you mentioned in bold. I've got a feeling I've seen or met them somewhere, can't recall where. What are they, again, exactly?

Well when you walk out of the San Siro, a 100 yards down the road and to the left is a pizza shop. Walk down the same lane and you'll find a motor garage. That would be Quantum Mechanics. They do a lot of work in restoring old Vauxhalls and Fiats. Mr.Calculus is the proprietor. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Rejuvenate the team starting with young talent ... from Arsenal. Milan would have allocated 35 million euros to buy the 21 years old Spanish midfielder Fabregas, who would be carefully considering the possibility of a change of air. The rumor comes from England where it is claimed the player is pleased by the courtship of Milan.
The reality is that top Spanish clubs, headed by Real Madrid and Barcelona are monitoring Fabregas, teams that a sixteen year old Fabregas left for an English adventure with the Gunners.
The offer would have been made to the Director General of Arsenal and manager Arsene Wenger, who would be calmly and carefully assessing every possible hypothesis.
The rossoneri would like to have the Spanish talent by January, but this solution, in light of the Gunner’s commitments in the Champions, seems the least practicable. If Milan’s economic proposal was confirmed, the leadership of the club of the Emirates Stadium could hardly refuse.
