Silvio Berlusconi's daughter Barbera plans Milan future...
Barbera Berlusconi insists that Milan president Silvio will not relinquish power after 25 years at the helm, and claims that her family will continue to preside over the club.
The Rossoneri celebrated 25 years of Berlusconi command this week, and era which saw 26 trophies return to the club - all the more reason for a stay of power.
"Thanks to my father's competence and his inituition Milan have become famous around the world," Berlusconi told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"Not many clubs know how to give their fans so much emotions over 25 years. Milan's mission has always been to stay at the top of Italian and world football."
Reports have suggested Barbera could soon take over from her father at Milan - a scenario that appeals to her.
"Why am I interested? Milan represents a part of Fininvest [the Berlusconi holding company] and I want to discover how things work. I don't want a director's role, but it is also early to think about the presidency.
"But, my father said if I understand the dynamics of running a football club, then I can work in any sector."
