This is a pointless argument. Why don't you all agree that you can be Indians. With a population of 1 billion, a few tens more won't make a difference. You can all crash at my place as well.

You can wear dhotis and kurtas and saris.

I know we have always valued our players like a family and it is indeed what makes Milan special, but what about this seniority reason? We are not a traditional government or corrupted political countries whereby seniority triumph result. The oldest guy in a ruling political party doesn't necessarily means he deserved to be a prime minister. Ambro is a good man but he makes too many silly mistakes at a time and have a thing or two for temper, the same goes for Gattuso. I valued Kaka on leadership value above these 2..

QUOTE
Kaka: I Don’t Want To Leave Milan

Milan ace Kaka flew to Brazil yesterday, reiterating his desire to stay with the Italian giants as the Diavoli unveiled his compatriot Leonardo as their new boss.
Leonardo admitted that he hopes to have Kaka at his disposal next season, but vice president Adriano Galliani revealed that it will be difficult to keep hold of their prized asset if, as reports suggest, Spanish giants Real Madrid launch a massive bid.

But after turning down a lucrative offer from Manchester City in January, Kaka has once again made it clear that his desire is to remain at the San Siro.

“I will say it for one last time: I do not want to leave Milan,” La Gazzetta dello Sport quotes Kaka as having said while on the flight to his homeland.

“I prefer to keep quiet for the time being because I don’t want to be misinterpreted or, even worse, manipulated.

“I just want to say to the millions of Rossoneri fans that I have made my choice. I want to stay. Just leave me alone, please.”

Milan finished third in Serie A to qualify for next season’s Champions League after Kaka netted in a 2-0 victory over Fiorentina on the final day.

“Thank God we qualified for the Champions League. We missed it and I missed it,” explained Kaka.

“I want to keep winning with Milan. I’m staying at Milan. And as of today, this case is over.”

Seniority is just bureaucratically crap, he deserved the armband more than Gattuso and Ambro i'd say!!

Pato can't be compared with Gourcuff and/or Flamini. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) He scores one, two goals and he's back in the contention. If not, the fans and media will scream to include him because he's in good nick. Let's try this with Pirlo, Gattuso, Seedorf, Ambrosini, Ronaldinho, Beckham, Emerson, even Favalli, and then we'll talk. A striker takes one good minute to score and he's more than back, while a midfielder or defender has to show his worth through an extended period of time.

No, I don't agree with the conclusion that Flamini's performances depend on his playing time, and once again Ancelotti is unreasonable.

IMHO, it certainly is dude. When you play, it will build up your confidence and you will see which area you need to improve upon. You will understand your teammates better and you will know how to handle the game's pressure. Some things needs experience on the field itself rather than strategy in a study room. But when you have a little of playing time, your confidence will diminish. You will find it hard to find the "tune". You will choke, succumb to the game's pressure. That's why Gourcuff can excel atm. Well, my two cents of course!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Ribery to replace Kaka

Milan are lining up Bayern Munich fantasista Franck Ribery as a replacement for Kaka should the Brazilian join Manchester City, according to ‘Le Parisien’.

The French daily reports that Milan will pay £35m for the 25-year-old and increase his wages to a staggering £6.5m a year.

Milan defender Massimo Oddo, who is currently on loan at the German champions, will also form part of the deal, making his transfer permanent.

Ribery is said to be keen on moving to the Rossoneri. His teammate, Luca Toni, has apparently been teaching him Italian.

Kaka is expected to announce his decision today as to whether he will leave Milan in a world record-breaking £107m transfer.

Milan are also believed to be targeting Emmanuel Adebayor, Michael Essien and Gael Clichy in the January transfer window.

I hate this kind of argument when people starts to question others passion about the club, "how loyal are you" thingy like they are the biggest fan on god's green earth. I do think that everyone is entitled to their opinion, be it to put Maldini as the same level as Kaka or whatnot. This is how they perceived it, it's no illusion to them and we dont have to avtually teach them what to think or try to dictate their action whatsoever.

Well, argument will get you nowhere. I'm going to watch this saga unfolds.

This is so absurd!!!
Well, if this deal go through and Kaka will be a Man Fockin City player, im sure they will awoken the wrath of fans all around the world (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) Maybe one or two person wont but who cares!!

I'm not talkin about AC Kaka (WTF?) or whatever you want to call them, but Kaka is the biggest star player at the moment and the fans won't accept that the fact it is the management who betrays the player. True, Kaka is not bigger that AC Milan, but imagine how many, millions fans that follows Milan solely because of Kaka, especially the young generation. They won't know about how cool is Don Silvio, how big is the stadium at San Siro, how great is Baresi. Think about it in another angle; how many stars or even half stars that Seria A has at the moment? 2? 3? And Kaka is the main attraction, together with maybe Beckham or Totti.

I embrace the fact that EPL and La Liga is much better than Serie A. In terms of media coverage, fans, the atmosphere, stadium, economy, we are on the same par as Bundesliga or Scotland league. If Kaka leaves, we can a dramatically downturn in all aspects, most probably and it wont be pretty!!!

The only think that i hope out of this beckham deal is it will attracts more media coverage, TV, etc..
Well, i personnally feel that Serie A (as a whole) popularity is inclined and nowhere near EPL or La Liga (in terms of reputation), but that might change soon.
One can only hope..

Marketing wise, its a darn good deal.
We'll see jersey that's for sure!!
This kind of player will catapult us to instant stardom but tactical wise, I reckon it's a poor move.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Ramos seems like an impossible deal.
Well you can buy any player out there but what's the point when you are not actually using them?
Cristico or Zapata, why are we talking about them if Carlo preferred Favalli?
Pointless. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
