If he makes first team, whose spot would you give to him?

I don't even know where he plays. sure, I watched Ghana in the WC, but the player I saw was playing as a striker.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) wiki says he's a midfielder. but I like it how young he is.

It's not exactly a crisis, but he's a better player than any midfielder we have right now, certainly when you take into account his potential.

I know I was probably exaggerating, but in the past during my R&B days, that's really the impression I got.

The only people more melodramatic then those guys on R&B are the Juventuz forum people. I've never seen a more obnoxious bunch

Seedorf's, absolutely.

Agreed there, Boateng is more of a box-to-box midfielder, he's very physical and fast as well. He would bring a totally new dynamic to our midfield.

It would have to be:

Boateng--Flam/Ambro
Pirlo

Now whether Pirlo is behind them or in front of them depends on if we play the 4-3-3 or 4-3-1-2

Pirlo will play in front of the defense, Allegri said that in one of his recent interviews. In his absence, we'll use Seedorf in the same position.

"Unless there is an unexpected glitch at this late stage, the move should go through imminently and is designed to help energise the Milan support, who have only purchased 16,000 season tickets in comparison to the 27,000 that had been sold at this stage last year." goal.com article

Its interesting to see the real impact of our managements choices. Here 11k season tickets lost thats millions of euro in losses plus you think of the other purchases food and memorabilia. The franchise of AC Milan as a entity has really lost its prestige in the worlds eyes. What crisis are milan really in, get a loan or something or investment from somewhere else. This is the real crisis letting your brand sink into the dirt. I hate Galliani and Berlusconi.

Boateng is a needed addition. I mean we are depleted in every area on the pitch of first rate choices. Today I was watching the Man City game and the list of players they got and how much they spent, like 200 million euro. I was also thinking of how right people on this forum were in the past about Kompany and De Jong becoming great players. I think the people on this forum could make better decisions than Galliani and much of the management of this team. I was one of the Torres people, get Torres, I also said Milito when he played on Real Zaragoza and Sneider when he was an outcast at Madrid. I think Mourinho was reading my posts.

I have also read they are trying to get Ibrahamovic on loan from Barcelona. I'm not his biggest fan but this is the kind of player we have been needing since Schevchenko left this club. If he could get back to his best we would be a really strong team with a big player like this.

Overall I haven't seen on the website that Boateng has taken a medical or anything so nothing is set in stone.

Agreed, Prince with Pirlo and a DM I'd say.

We really need some attacking midfielder...

THIS!

this is where the management of this team absolutely blows my mind! every business in the world has to spend money to make money...EVERY. the fact our upper office people keep trying to not spend money because they don't want to create a debt amazes me. that has to be the worst business sense ever.

i'm not saying go out and just blow money just because you can. but you have to go out and spend money to keep your brand at the top of people's mind. you spend money to bring in a good team and you then begin to make money from ticket sales, jersey sales, memorablia, concession food, etc. that's how professional teams make money. not by trying to hold onto all of your money.

when i talk about things like not wanting to watch this team this year, it's because of things like this. there is so much mismanagement and bad business practices going on with this team it drives me crazy.

i love you berlu. at one point in time you were a great businessman. somewhere along the way you forgot everything that got you where you are. no team has been a major player in anything by trying to save their money.
