Because Ronnie has been in great form and is our only playmaker in the attack, while Robinho and Pato offer similar outcomes...

Robinho will be rotated with all 3. We have a monster schedule coming up. Don't worry he'll get a lot of minutes

yeah i hope so (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

ADRIANO GALLIANI ‘would like’ to get Balotelli.

AC Milan VP Galliani has suggested he would like to bring Mario Balotelli, someday. He said:

“Balotelli to Milan? Why not ?! I would like Balotelli to join AC Milan one day….” Balotelli is represented by Mino Raiola, who brought Robinho and Ibra to Milan.“Ah, I didn’t know,” Galliani joked.

Milan in race for free-agent youngster
Robinho benched for Cesena match?

The 20-year-old just signed a £22 million deal with Manchester City, but many people believe that the Italian international will move to Milan, the club he supports, sooner or later.

Galliani then spoke about other issues, admitting it was a mistake to buy & sell Klaas-Jan Huntelaar in the light of his five goals in two international matches for the Netherlands.

“Huntelaar has scored five goals in two games and we were wrong to sell him but he showed that it was a mistake to buy at first place,” said the CEO.

“I am very happy with the response of fans to the sacrifices we made. I am also happy with the performances of the different players with their national players.”

The main talk these days is on whether Milan can play with four strikers (Robinho, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Alexandre Pato and Ronaldinho) on not. Galliani leaves this to Coach Massimiliano Allegri.

“If we can play with the four? Do not get me started, Allegri will decide who and how many to use.”

There have been rumors today that Inter are interested in former Milan man Kaka. Galliani preferred not to respond on that one, saying: “Kaka to Inter? No comment.”

i personaly believe that this is a publicity stunt. no more. what do you say?

AC MILAN will try for Andrea Poli.

Sampdoria director Sergio Gasparin revealed that “Poli is of interest to both Milan clubs.” The midfielder is considered as one of the best Italian talents in recent years and Milan will try to sign him.

Samp aren’t in the Champions League, and despite they have no willingness to sell the youngster, they might have to, as the player wants to play in a European stage.

The player was fielded regularly by former Sampdoria coach Luigi Delneri and showed great things. Due to his skills, he has been identified as Andrea Pirlo’s successor.

Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has picked Poli as the best U-21 midfielder at the moment, and they are expected to make an offer for the 20-year-old in the winter transfer window. Carlo Ancelotti’s Chelsea are interested too.

Is this great news or is this great news?
what do you think?

Agreed. The moment we signed Boateng and Robinho, the signing of VDV became unnecessary.

I think we have a really good midfield. It's 6 guys fighting for 3 spots. Personally, I would prefer Pirlo, Ambro and Boateng as starters with Seedorf, Flamini and Gattuso as backup. The playing of Boateng instead of Seedorf would give the team more balance and dynamism, without losing much quality.

Well I will reserve the final verdict until we hear Pep's side of the story. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Maybe they both had communication problems, I seriously can't think what could have happened in 6 months after Ibra's arrival (keeping in mind they haven't been talking for half an year).

other players have come out from Barcelona such as Seydou Keita and stated that they do not communicate with Pep apart from the bare minimum that is necesairy to get by. this was also on goal.com but i couldnt find the exact article.

QUOTE
New AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has hit out at former coach Pep Guardiola after his exit from Barcelona, claiming that the Spaniard was the only person who wanted him to leave Camp Nou.

The 28-year-old joined Milan this week after a spell in Catalonia in which he never managed to hit the heights his pedigree promised.

"In my book, a great coach solves his problems. A small-time coach runs from them," Ibrahimovic told reporters, as quoted by the Press Association.

"There was only one person (on the Barcelona team) who wanted to get rid of me.

"I have never had problems with any coach before during my career. But suddenly I had a thousand problems and I had no communication with 'the Philosopher'. No communication whatsoever. I don't know what his problem was."

And the Swede insists that he was simply left with no option but to find a new club.

"I couldn't take it. I had no choice but to find a new place of work and I was lucky to go to a club like Milan," he added.

"I am 28 years old and cannot afford to lose a year sitting on the bench and watching the weather."
