I'm surprised no one talked about the coming champion so far...Germany (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

With this 11 it might work:

------------------------------Lehmann------------------------------------

-------Lahm---------Mertesacker--------Metzelder--------Jansen-----

-------------------Ballack----------------------Frings--------------------

-----Schneider---------------------------------------Schweinsteiger---

--------------------Gomez------------Klose-----------------------------

Italy and France are the teams to beat IMO. I hope for an Italy-Germany final with us winning on penalties (would be classic), or a Germany-Holland final with us winning on penalties (would be even more classic (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/96.gif) ).

I think the Dutch would not even bother taking the penalties! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Why do you want to see a pk shootout so badly?

I'm with Greece / Italy, Holland. But I don't care who wins it as long as it's not the French. That would bother me a bit but not that much anyway... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I somehow like those PK shootouts, don't you know the saying: "Good showed the brazilians how to play football, but the devil showed the germans how to shoot a penalty"?
Greece really seem to be on form these days. I dunno....but they it won't be able to beat them easily.

Won't go down easily (if we go down) but the bad thing is, everyone is going to be more cautious this time around.

done:)

some of the translations sound messed up in English (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) , even though they're probably uplifting in the native language.

Not exactly Euro related, but....

This Friday (April 18) there'll be a special exhibition game between the Italian and French 'Master' teams. The game will be in Varese and the Azzurri Masters will have specially made jerseys for the occasion. link

Included in the call ups for the Azzurri Masters are a couple of very familiar names: Chicco Evani and Franco Baresi.

Makes me wish I were in the north of Italy this weekend.

Me too. Franco Baresi (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) They don't make players like that anymore (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Schneider droht EM-Aus!

Bernd Schneider, my favourite German international, might not be available for the Euro (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

Edit: It would be a miracle if he were to make it (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)
