Currently, I think Ronaldinho should take our free kicks..Even when training at milanello he should that he could still take free kicks accurately..Pirlo hasn't been really good of late in taking free kicks...But this could be interesting because it could bring competition and would become good for the team as a whole..

I'd stick with Pirlo for long range fk's, and Ronaldinho for short-range ones.

Ronaldinho. apart from the fact that he's taken them better than Pirlo over the last two seasons, a few FK goals would boost his confidence a lot. we need that, a confident Ronaldinho.

We need a confident everyone. That's the only way we can mount a challenge for the league. In other news, my choice would be R80 for the free kicks. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) With Pirlo in second place, and Seedorf as third choice for spot kicks.

I'm really rather shocked at how much people seem to undervalue Pirlo. No, he wasn't brilliant last season, but neither was Kaka or, really, anyone else on the team. He's invaluable to the team - look at the Napoli game to see what happens when he doesn't play - and I don't think it's fair to yank all the dead ball stuff (free kicks and penalties both) away from him.

My ideal solution would be for free kick responsibility to be shared.

I'd say let Ronnie take the direct free-kicks which are quite cheeky to take. And let Pirlo take the indirect free-kicks and the ones which require more power than technique.

Seedorf taking penalties? I'm strongly against that.

Of course, we can leave the penaltities. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) He plain sucks at it. But he's a much better third-choice for free kicks after Pirlo. In the last few games he even pulled off goals from short-range free kicks, particularly in one game where we had Andrea suspended.
