QUOTE
Hernan Crespo has revealed he plans on quitting Chelsea at the end of the year to return to Serie A - and has urged Jose Mourinho to join him in Italy. Crespo says the football side of life at Chelsea is fine, but he misses "the cinema, the TV, and the theatre", and says the Special One would be a "massive" personality there...

I would love to see him return to Milan. Too bad he can't play for Milan during CL IF he should come to Milano.

He couldn't come during this window anyway - Chelsea would be left with only Carlton Cole up front. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) I hope he'll come in the summer, though if he has a good WC his price would be substantial.

Crespo back? Ok... would be good.

Mourinho? Oh yes!!! He said he want to coach in Italy in 3/4 years... I've no doubt he'll coach one of the big three: Milan, Juve or Inter. He likes Milan, so... maybe... one day. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

For me after the Chelski -Shevchenko rumors it looks like Chelski are going to swap Crespo only with Sheva or if they really find some one after the WC.
Possibilities:
Crespo+ $40m to Milan and Sheva to Chelsea
or Tevez to Chelsea and Crespo for free to Milan
He turns 32 this July.as does pipo i think
after all why not?

It's all very well getting £40m plus Crespo for Sheva, but who could possibly replace him? I've always seen Crespo as more of a box player, but Sheva is just lethal from anywhere (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

I think you make a good point M1ike, certain people are simply irreplaceable- no matter how much you sell them for it would be a waste of time becuase you couldn't get anyhting as good with the funds raised. Sheva must not be sold.

However, I have no opposition to Crespo returning, I think he shines in Serie A and enjoys massive success in it, and was awesome last season.

As to Mourinho, am I the only person to say no the prospect of him? I find the man intolerably arrogant, and have doubted his tactical ability as a manager lately, not least considering his teams capitulation to Barca. Chelsea didn't have a clue what to do faced by a better team. I do agree that Ancelotti has had his day probably. I think he is increasingly losing the plot, especially when it comes to the defence, though I have been bouyed by his recent faith in Costaucrta. However, when he is replaced, whenever it is, it should not be, or ever should be Mourinho.
Hypothetically, Capello, Hiddink, Rijkaard, to name a few.

Completely agreed! Murinho and Milan just don't go together... I think he has crappy attitude and he could never be a real rossoneri... ever. Ancelotti is a great manager and should stay until his contract expires. I'd very much like to see Hiddink in Milan after Ancelotti though.
