Meh, we'll just need to finish the job next week

Inter not dropping points now. My only hope was a 0-0

No way Cagliari will score now. Probably concede even more as they open up

Cagliari deserve to be relegated. At the 70th I switched on at 1-2 and they were barely attacking. Completely soulless.

Apparently pioli played a kobe bryant interview to keep the players focused. I think it is that one.

Nice one.

So, what does everyone think about the final match? Will Sassuolo prove to be a challenge, or will they be a pushover? It's a great thing we kept the bonus of drawing one games till the final week. We can now go in the game more relaxed, but obviously we should aim to win.

Agreed. I feel confident. We won against Lazio, Fiorentina, Verona and Atalanta where each of them tried to play the game of their lives. I don't see why we should lose the last one, where even a draw is enough. And I honestly don't think Sassuolo will enter the field to make us lose the Scudetto. It's my hunch. They will play their fair game but nothing more. Then obviously the rest will depend on us, as always.

After the Inter result I went back to sh!tting bricks again tbh.

I don't know how Sassuolo will come out, but that f@cker Berardi loves to score against us. Scamacca also proving to be a thorn.

This season, that home game against them is the only one of the 4 we lost that we actually deserved to lose.

Obviously this is a very different team to that one. A completely different defence and that squad in the first game was riddled with injuries.

My feeling right now is that I can't see us losing. Maybe we'll draw, but I just can't see a loss. It would have to be a bottle job of epic proportions. That being said, all the teams we've faced recently have been hellbent on tripping us up, so you can never say what will happen

I feel confident in the fact that we're a team that is hard to beat. Simply because our defence has bee impeccable since the turn of the year

I wouldn't discount the fact that players like Scamacca, Raspadori and that bum Berardi will want their names to shine though in such a huge moment for us. We need to be cautious.

The fact that a draw in enough could be a double edged sword as well. So we need to make sure that we don't relax too much.

The job is not done yet

Napoli destroyed them 6-1 a couple of weeks ago. They've won only one of their last 5 games, even losing to Cagliari. They're beatable, we just need to stay concentrated for the whole match.

You really can't equate one game to another though

I just think some of their more hyped players will be really up for this. Scamacca and Raspadori especially (I think bother are Interisti as well)

Berardi we all know the f@cker likes to score on us.

I'm just saying we have to approach this with the same intensity and focus we did in the previous 5 games. The allowable draw could easily cause us to relax a bit more than necessary.

Let's see. Until we've sealed this 100%, I'm still going to be weary.

Mapei stadium is most likely going to be taken over by Milan fans. There was a wait of over 49,000 people trying to buy tickets last I saw

Scamacca, Raspadori and Berardi are all overhyped players that show off against smaller sides. They ain't got sh*t on our defense. We've conceded only twice in the last ten games. Twice! We have the most clean sheets in the league (17, 11 of which have come in 2022).

Yes, you can't equate games, but Sassuolo are hardly an unstoppable force. They score a decent amount of goals (64) but also concede a lot (63). They hit a decent form in February and March, but if they were any good they wouldn't be 11th in the standings, below Lazio, Fiorentina, Verona and Atalanta, all teams which we defeated in the last three weeks.

Bottom line is that we should feel confident about ourselves, face the game like we've been doing recently and we'll get home the victory. It's by no means an easy match, but it's by far the one I fear the less from the last five. And we have 2/3 of results at our disposal. That's a huge bonus that shouldn't be underestimated. The players will be more relaxed and go about their game.
