With Cafu turning 36 next season ((IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) ), we desperately need a decent right wing back to cover him. Oddo has repeatedly expressed his desire to come to Milan, and figures of 3/4m have been thrown around.

Who would you like to see cover and eventually replace Cafu?

I'd love to see Oddo play for Milan...

Well i hope Milan sign Oddo and Cicinho

Loan Cicinho to some clubs until Cafu hangs up his boots, in that way we wouldnt be afraid or rush our selves up to look for someone..

Yeah, I was going to mention Cicinho aswell. I only saw him play a few times during the Confederations Cup, but he looked excellent. Apparently Cafu rates him highly aswell. Not sure how much Sao Paulo would want for him though? And would we need to free up an non-eu spot?

Still, hopefully Leonardo can work something out in the future. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The right back who made a big impression with his decent displays during the Confedariotns Cup has one year left on his Sao Paulo contract. His club rate him in the £4m class.

Just found this on a news site. Apparently Real Betis are in pole position to sign him (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I have good news, Milan want to buy him and are in pole position because of Milan's good communication in Brazil. Sao Paulo dont want to release him now because they have the League and Coppa Libertadores final and they need him for that.

Reports say that we only have one transfer left for summer and if we get him we'll get him at Winter

*I got that from Milans arabic forum. Hope its true

Didn't know we made an official offer for Oddo, which was rejected. Anyway, Janku can play on the right and Simic has done well so far in pre-season.

Now that Cicinho is on his way to Real Madrid (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) , Milan would do well to pick up Oddo, hopefully before the transfer window closes or in January.

Shame about Cicinho (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

He was stating his undying love for Milan a few weeks ago (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Massimo Oddo has not lost hope of joining Milan and has begged Lazio to lower their £8m asking price.

“Claudio Lotito is said to be asking for £8m to release me, but if Real Madrid paid just £5m for someone like Fabio Cannavaro, I don’t see why I should have such a price tag put on my head,” pointed out the full-back.

Oddo was one of Cannavaro’s World Cup winning teammates in Germany and has already set his sights on the club he wants to join this summer.

“Through thick and thin, I have always remained a Milan supporter,” admitted the 30-year-old. “On top of that, they are a world class club. It’s clearly obvious that I wouldn’t reject such an opportunity.”

Hopefully we'll sign him !!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The best thing I like about the Milan's signings is that they show desire to prosper in this club. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devilsmiley.gif)
