Can't believe we're in the semis!!

Indeed! Who would have thought!

I'm also pissed we let that goal in. This defensive performance deserved a clean sheet. Though all we really did was defend, and I didn't like that. Should have kept the ball longer, but everyone upfront was too careless. All we did was invite Napoli in.

Calabria probably had the best game of his entire Milan career. Tomori and Kjaer completely annulled Osimhen. And Maignan... Magic Mike! I was expecting a bit more from Theo, Brahim and Bennacer to be honest.

But anyway, semi-fucking-finals baby!

Amazing! Milan on a different level.

Did not watch the match, woke up to the score and watched the game on replay; knowing the results I noticed Milan?s movements and it was one of caution while sponging with counter attacks. Nonetheless, each game has its own conditions and Pioli came out on top.

With regards to the league, Juventus got back the 15 points and are sitting in 3rd place. Roma in 4th, Milan 5th and inter 6th. Roma will play Milan and inter in the coming weeks and it is in Milan?s hands to keep that 4th spot locked down. If Milan don?t succeed, I?m not sure what the outcome would be for Pioli or Leao.

That said, I?m still in disbelief as to how far this team has come, proud!

My only gripe. Deserved another clean sheet against those bums. So f@cking annoying that we conceded the league to them in January. If the situation was different and we were still close to them at this point in the season, after those 3 back to back to back performances against them, I guarantee you they would sh!t their pants and bottle the league. Alas, we f@cked it up a long time ago. So many wasted points. Even if you discount the black out that was January.

Agreed re Theo, Benna and Brahim. Those are usually our most solid performers in games like this

The 15 point thing with Juve is ridiculous. Still could get points taken off though. We'll see. It's still technically within our hands to correct this situation. Just win the games against them, Roma and Lazio and no more dropped points against relegation teams. We can do it. But Pioli needs to stop with the stupid rotation.

Start with your best team in every game. This is crunch time! No more f@cking about! We've played our best 11 in much tighter schedules. Just start with your best team and try to close out games like today's early so you can take off players that need resting. It is useless to rotate out the whole 11 and then having to bring on all your important players in the desperate window of a game

That's Italy for you

We'll see, they're still saying they can get deducted points, just not that much.

Once again, all our fault. Should have never allowed things to get to where we are now, sweating our @sses off for CL qualification against the Roman clubs. Makes me sick and brings back terrible banter era feelings.

Finally made up some ground

Roma against Atalanta tomorrow and Juve against Napoli coming up. Let's see if this weekend will be a huge step for us in that regard

Have to make sure to win next week against Roma. That's the key imo

Atalanta?s win against Roma, puts Milan in 4th and tied on points with Roma.

Juventus fell to Napoli, so that keeps Milan at touching distance.

Noting Milan will face all of Lazio, Roma and Juventus before the season ends.

P.S. Han; I understand the frustration with the rotations in the Bologna and Emploi games, but getting to the Semi final is a huge thing in terms of income for the club, not just prize money but sponsorship etc. the frustration is that Milan might not qualify for next seasons edition, and that is not what we all want; let alone the club, coach and players. But given the priorities and what was at stake, it was a risk to be taken.

Going forward, I trust the coach will be 110% focused on securing a CL birth (regardless of what happens with Juve?s points). However further rotation will most likely happen when Milan play the semi finals. And when that time comes, it will be understandable as the income from reaching the final would be that great. It?s a catch 22, you?re damned if you do and you?re damned if you don?t.

I would not want to be in Pioli?s hot seat during May.

And we f@ck it up again...

Let's hope for a draw between Inter and Lazio and a Juve loss now, because this was THE golden opportunity and we squandered it.

We simply cannot score against teams that defend deep. Mourinho, got it right, every time we came anywhere near the Roma half it felt like there were 20 players wearing the red shirts.

You deprive Theo and Rafa space and we're cooked.

We were successful before because we pressed high and caused turnovers, now we seemingly can't do that anymore and for some reason favour a slow passing build-up. We're too static and predictable and easy to defend.

If we're not in the CL next season, it's going to have huge ramifications for us. The transfer window will be sh!t, we'll most likely lose Rafa and some other important players and the financial hit will be a blow to our long term plans.

The Lazio game coming right before the CL semi makes it a write-off going by how Pioli has played those games. Really worrying stuff.

I honestly switched off after Abraham's goal. Quite surprised we actually scored in the end.

It was a dirty game. Once again our lack of quality in attack is what is penalising us. Set aside Leao, who's incredibly inconsistent, the rest are mediocre to absolute dog piss.

Pioli needs to f@cking go a soon as the final whistle is blown on this season

Unbelievable the sh!t I've seen since the turn of the year.

No CL for us next season, all because of the stupidest rotation I've ever seen. Unforgivable!!!!!

Have not managed to beat Cremonese once this season. An embarrassing title defence that will end with us out of the top 4 and potentially losing generational players.

Pioli has blood on his hands for this

I do not understand why you sit a player like Leao every other game. He's not an injury prone player and he's not 37 year old Giroud. He can play 3 games in a week. This game was must win and we f@cked it up. All because of needless rotation.

Aside from that I really wish to know what the f@ck they're doing all week on the training ground.

I feel like I've watched this same game for the past 3 months now. Possession, possession, possession. All used in irrelevant areas of the pitch. No creativity, no movement, deathly slow build-up, passing backwards or sideways when forward passes are on, terrible finishing when we do actually manage to muster up a chance and then the icing on the cake, they attack a grand total of 2 times and manage to score from one of those 2 actions.

Just sickens me to watch this team right now.

And top top it off, Inter are seemingly managing to find their form at just the right time while we're stuck in limbo.

So over this season and even more so of Pioli

Get him the f@ck out!

Also, a serious conversation needs to be had about some of these players.

CDK... Honestly cannot see anything worth even defending him on. So timid and ponderous. Cannot take watching him anymore

Vranckx: Send back

Giroud: Fallen off a cliff as of late, just does not look right since that first leg against Napol

Origi: FedEx back to Liverpool, ask them to pay courier fee

Ballo-Toure: Should have been gone last summer

The very obvious issue here is that once you go beyond the first 11 we are horribly bad. And Pioli is trying to make massive rotations when we even struggled when switching out just Tonali or Benna from the first 11. This is obviously a failure of the ownership that we had a terrible summer window and a non-existent winter one

Comfortable win in a do or die game at this point.

We simply have to be perfect for the remaining few games if we want to get that CL spot.

The amount of points we threw away to really terrible teams p!sses me off so much. Not only did we throw away the chance to even fight for the title thanks to that January nightmare, but even if you discard that, we could have been comfortably 2nd if we didn't f@ck up so many easy games. Pioli being hugely responsible in that regard with some truly terrible rotations

Really hoping they took Leao off for precaution. Otherwise I don't think we have a chance in the semis without him

Milan are capable of winning the UCL Han. We have absolutely nailed the tactics and the system (the one I asked for month ago haha). Obviously overcoming Inter won't be a cakewalk, and Citeh or Real will be a nightmare, but it's not impossible.

And that's your UCL spot right there.
