QUOTE (Tennie @ Oct 29 2008, 03:08 PM) Baby Maldini update: young Christian's team (the Giovanissimi Regionali C) are so far undefeated in their games this season; they've only conceded one goal so far. Ah! Sounds so Maldinish! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) QUOTE (acid911 @ Oct 30 2008, 11:43 AM) Exactly. It was Maldini Jr. 2! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/devil.gif) And I'd half expect it was Seedorf's daughter in the video too. That is if I remember correctly, and Seedorf does in fact have a young daughter. But it was Daniel that's for sure who stole the show in that clip.... and that little girl's heart!

Well, at least Darmian's not being allowed to totally rust away. He's playing with the Primavera today in the primavera equivalent of the Coppa. Milan lead Chievo 1-0 at halftime. EDIT: FT result: 1-0. Yay for the primavera. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/96.gif) (Albertazzi also played this one). Davide di Gennaro is playing for Reggina in their (grownup) Coppa game v. Udinese right now. It's scoreless in the 72nd.

So...there are two Milan-owned players in the U21 side - Paloschi and Di Gennaro. Hope to see them both do well. (The other 2 strikers called up are Palermo's Lanzafame and the cugini's Balotelli).

The Giovanissimi C are doing rather well so far this season. They're undefeated (10 wins), have scored 29 goals and have conceded ONE. Yesterday they won the Citta d'Imperia tournament, again without conceding a goal. In the first of 3 games in the tournament, one of the 12 goals Milan scored was by a young defender named Christian Maldini.
